Horrible ease of use. Leaves you guessing at what changes will help and waiting to see end result of random guessing, only to try again and again, ads and more ads to produce anything like a colorized photo. Worst colorized photo ap out there.
Love it! Used this for fun to see what my black and white drawings would look like in color. Worked absolutely amazingly. It picked up even the slightest change in shade which was impressive. Does have issues with large light areas, with actual photos too not just drawings, but still works great.
This app work extraordinarily.. too good.. thank you.. has many adds but worth it.. Watching adds gets paid 1000 times when you get colurized version of photo... Too Good.
This is the app you need. Like most I've tried multiple apps claiming to add colour to black and white photos, none come close to this one. Highly recommended.
I love this app. I searching everything to black and white photos converted into colors but failed. But this converted the black and white photos in colors
Very Good. Used this app for a number of years. Friends are always impressed when I colorize their old black and whites - especially the realy old ones.
Good app but I no longer use the phone number or email which I had when I registered, so I can't seem to cancel my subscription.
WOW. Could perfectly colorize old ww2 photos! What a great app. Easy interface too!
It's a good application to recollor black and white pictures, but sometimes, it can get confused with the brightness, instead of dark red, it's confused for dark blue
Great app to change a grey photo to colored, though some colors can be somewhat strange. Still great, though.
I've tried using other apps but Colorize Images is the best. Having said that, I needed to Photoshop ie correct some sections ( especially the hands).
This is a great tool. Knows well how to separate colors as intended on the original photo. More power for it's developers! Thank you!!
Wow!! I was super sceptical when I saw this app, because I often painstakingly colorize photos in photoshop. I thought there was no way a machine learning app could do this. Well, I was wrong. You have to mess around with the settings a bit (I recommend lower render setting numbers for portraits of one or two people, and higher for groups), but once you figure it out you can get amazing results. So happy I found this app, bought the lifetime access. Thank you developers!
Tried a few of such apps and this one is the best. It's not perfect of course, as it has to make a best guess of the colours. But still, the results were amazing. Even out of focus photos were colorized well. I still needed to do some further editing, but most of the work would have been done by the app. Perhaps future versions can allow some human input. For example, allow users to indicate that clothes should be blue and not red.
This app is awesome. Good software, man , doesn't change the size of the photo, no watermark, no pro version (don't do it if you plan to). I totally recomand it for photography. It's a great app with all colours that you can imagine that could be placed into your photo. It's easy to use and does not require any time-wasting youtube tutorials. The aspect is pleasent and easy to use.
Way better than I was expecting. On certain images it's not 100% perfect but still I'm not going to knock off a star just for such a minor thing. It does really well with images of humans, animals, and land scapes. I tested it on some black and white art as well and it's cool looking at what colors the app puts in there. On things that aren't really meant to be colorized it picks a warmer color scheme using shades of yellow, orange, and red. I recommend this app over others that are online.
Now that I've paid for the premium edition for a year I keep getting "error in opening". This happen after tapping on move photo from gallery to colorize. Update; I found a way of working around the issue that I could live with. Let me tell you all that I would not hesitate to try this app because the professionalism and quick response from the provider of this app regarding the issue has been superb. That is rare!
Useful, but with a flaw. When the colours first generate, they're very bold. Each attempt at readjusting uses up tokens and as a beginner at this app I'm just guessing what each adjustment does. This would be perfect if I was able to drag the adjustment bars back and forth and see what it does to the image at the same time. In the meantime it should probably be tokens per photo, rather than per adjustment.
Love it! Best are outdoor shots with sky, water, trees and grass. Obviously there's some interesting colours - old cars, and uniforms and aircraft need adjustments. I only have the basic 'Paint' to do that so far, but have managed some stunning results. Thank you for this. Some old, tiny grey foggy squares from the 40s and 50s are absolutely beautiful in an instant! Can't help but give 5 stars! Pete M. in Salisbury, U.K.
Unbelievably remarkable. It gives a paint like style making the black and white image to become colorized. Some areas will seem painted while others will be pretty accurate. This usually depends on how old the picture is and quality. The way this app works is very similar to that of how someone would paint a black and white image in Adobe Photoshop.
I have been restoring old photos for years. This program is great! Most black and white photos come out fantastic! This program's colorization is realistic with few flaws. I have noticed it does have a little trouble recognizing and coloring some hands but, mostly the AI gets it correct! I am looking forward to the AI learning even more with each photo it experiences! Wonderful job programmers! Keep it up!
This is the best app of its type out there, it is amazing. I'll admit i don't like the ads and feel it's a bit costly to buy, but, i understand they have to make money somehow. In would say it does a good job 9/10 times, some photos just look like a colourized person on the original b&w background, others look like tgey were taken in colour!
This is the second app of its kind in my device just now, the app size is tiny compared to some similar apps, I like the way you can tweak the image manually if desired, unlike the other app I have that doesn't have that option, results are variable and it doesnt always depend on the picture quality, when it's good it's very good, a keeper I think.
Seemed to work with people, buildings and walls, but not with colourful objects or clothing. It seemed to not be able to tell what colour things were, and is just assuming. On two occasions, it did not register colourful things as being colourful. The app worked strikingly well for some old photographs, but not for others. I think this app can be useful if you want to see an old photograph in colour, if not entirely accurately.
Very addictive. I've colourised many monochrome photos. Some look live they were originally colour it's so good. However it's not 100% and there are some flaws. Maybe it needs a touch to change the colour such as soccer/rugby tops which are cherry red but changed to a strange grey green. However as I say it's quite brilliant especially wedding and group photos. I'd certainly recommend it. 👍😄
I don't give ratings at all, to be honest this is the 2nd app that is receving rate from me in my entire life , the only reason it got 4 star is because it has too much ads. And every time it send the image to the server , to see the changes in the saturation ,ACC1 , ACC2 , RF. It would have been a little easier if the image would have had something call "adjust" with whch we could have adjust the colour , only after sending the image to the server for once , instead of send it again & again.
OK, this one was a pretty nice surprise. Basically none of the test photos came back 100% - or even 90% - accurate, but I didn't expect that... and got to admit the AI had pretty good guesses, and almost all of the test images ended up looking more or less realistic. Definitely keeping this one around.
It's a fun app to play it's surprisingly accurate in the way that it generates color to old black and white and discolored photographs. I recommend it.
Great results but only unfortunately only 10 photos for the trial. I bought the yearly subscription so with a variation of colouring personal photos, I've noticed that purple and green are stronger colours and sometimes dominate photos. Automatic colour is good but sometimes having to edit Saturation, Contrast, etc. Beforehand to get the right quality is time consuming.
