Colors & Shapes - Kids Learn Color and Shape
Color and Shape focuses on basic tracing, matching, and building skills kindergarten kids need to train. It features a number of unique mini-games designed to increase a child's ability to recognize and match shapes, identify and pair up colours, and even solve puzzles through simple touch screen interactions. Colors and Shapes includes the following mini-games:
1. Painting - Kids love colouring games! Fill in the blank objects with all kinds of fun paint, then identify the objects one by one. A fun way for children to recognize colours and shapes.
2. Collecting - A fun and challenging game where children tap the correct colored objects and gather them in a basket!
3. Look-alikes - Match up the different items by picking the ones with the same colour. A challenging but fun way to learn colours and drawing skills.
4. Matching - Outlines are at the top of the screen, and a handful of shapes are at the bottom. Challenge your kids to match them up!
5. Tracing - Help your kids trace shapes by following the outline on the screen. Great for teaching shape patterns and recognition.
6. Building - Drag and drop animated pieces on the screen to create a shape in the middle.

I really like the content, i only wish it was easier for younger children to navigate. For example, instead of the red arrow at the bottom, time out of touch anywhere to progress. Maybe a way to change the childs age, that will allow them to learn for many ages. Then you can use only tap for the younger ones. My daughter cant figure out how to drag.... so even choosing a sticker is a challenge for her.
Brilliant app, no ads just like it says, my little girl has used this from the off and she's just so good with everything, shapes and colours, couldn't recommend these guys apps enough.
Great idea and very useful for exposing kids for educs lessons
Great game that my daughter enjoys but she's never managed to get the Television sticker and it's upsetting her. Please tell me someone has at least got this so I know it's not all in vain!
Amazing! This app is awesome! I have already downloaded a few other of the beginning level apps for my 21-month-old! She loves playing it and and I love knowing that it is safe and educational! The only thing that bothers me when working on colors, is the way the person pronounces the word orange. It is not the correct pronunciation at all. If you fix that this app would be perfect! My daughter loves coloring the pictures and is learning how to swipe her finger on the screen!
My 2 year old can almost do everything by herself, the games on here that she love are the painting one and the shape pop and the building one. The only thing is she can't hit the next arrow by herself by herself each time because it's where my phone has the clear cache button is.
The features & games are very nice. The problem I have is that the progress doesn't save, which means everytime you go out & into the game, all the stickers & stamps have been reset. There's also no feature where you can go view the stickers & stamps collected. It would be nice if you could go view them & maybe even play with the ones collected
Amazing app. Good quality, no ads, no in app purchases. I love all of your apps and wish I could pitch in a little toward your mission. My daughter loves the animals, especially the "no, no, no!" on mistakes. In the interest of good feedback, the only minor issue I could mention is the new lion design. I couldn't tell you why, but she loved the old lion. Doesn't keep her from loving the games though.
Wonderful app that is good for the younger children as well as older. The varying degrees of ability make it great for my daughter as she develops her ability to do more on electronics. The graphics are fun and entertaining. It also has locks so the children cannot leave the game at young ages. Best part is that it is free w no ads so that low income families still have great learning tools too. It is such a rare find to see a childrens learning game that care more about learning then money.
My toddler loves the color in game followed by balloon popping, and collecting items of same color. Got app referal from school teacher and never had a bad experience. I will however suggest that you please make the sticker collecting a bit bigger. The stickers stay small and our toddlers get frustrated not knowing what its all about. Kindly attend to making the selected stickers bigger when sticking on. Otherwise, Love it! Music background not annoying, user friendly and age diverging!
My 23 month old loves this app! However, the only downside is having to push the arrow at the bottom right of the screen to move on to the next picture. He doesn't understand this and gets frustrated, as do I. It would be wonderful if it switched on to the next screen automatically. Otherwise, this app is Ad free which I am so thankful to the developers!
loved the game and graphics. The new additions of color pop and shapes pop is awesome. I have been using it since two years to teach my autistic kid finger painting, colours, shapes, matching etc. And it's really helping. I would like to suggest and sincerely hope your team develops an app to teach pre maths concepts like big small, up down, more less etc in simple and non flashy graphics for kids like mine. Keep up the good work.
Great game my niece loves it! The only thing stopping a full five star review is the building segment of the app; the pieces don't snap into place when hover over the right spot I even tried doing it myself trying to cover all the gray bits but it doesn't work every time it enlarges and you think you got all line up it shrinks and you find that the piece is way out of line even just fitting them together to make the shape with the gray bits peeking does nothing. Please fix it.
Amazing and fun as an alternative teaching aid, especially for slower children.
there are many games with options, such as chosing how many pieces for the puzzle, drawing shapes and letters, and most importantly you don't need to be connected to use the app. my daughter loves it and it's perfect when we are travelling. just get it!
My daughter just turned 2 and she loves this game! It taught her shapes and it helps with fine motor skills and it's a nice educational set of games to plop your kid in front of when you need a break or need to get something done haha. I love that it doesn't have annoying pop up ads or ad banners. I highly recommend this game for your littles!
App activities are good, but I'm using it for a disabled child with a chromebook, who needs a mouse. The mouse works in most areas of the app, but not the shape matching section. Would have been perfect otherwise.
It's a really good game that offers rewards that consist of stickers and images of all sorts of objects that kids will love, things like lollies to snails to balls etc I will give this 5 stars when they sort out this glitch that makes my little lad abit upset... He likes to look at his collection, but often it has reset and none of them are unlocked. I will give 5stars if this is fixed as its the major incentive for the child to continue playing. Great game other than this little bug. :)
My 4 yr oldson is on the autism spectrum and he loves this game. He has learned to match shapes to the correct silhouette very quickly. he can do it in a classroom setting with really objects as well and it's because of this app. I am curious if there is a more advanced version with more shapes that will challenge him more.
my daughter enjoys this game greatly but since the initial options are all words she cant navigate between the groups. i wish, like other toddler aged apps, everything was more child friendly. she enjoys earning stickers but i wish she could see her progress too. the only time she can see her sticker chart is when she earns a new one.
My little sister loves your games, especially the painting game! although one thing anoys me. Whenever you have the good job thing come up you can pop the balloons that hold up the banner,but the banner doesn't fall when the all the balloons are popped. It doesn't have to have to but it would be cool.edit: reply to the developer: that's cool! Thanks
my 6 year old autistic son really liked it but the only problem if the developers can fix. the problem is language changing icon, if you can put lock or security pin before changing language that will be the best. it's very good that he is learning Spanish and other languages but it is becoming difficult to get answer in English from him when school teachers ask color, shapes and math questions. if you have knowledge about autism than you can clearly understand. It'll be appreciated.
I love the different options for my 2 year old son to play with. It is simple and exciting for him! I love how you have taken the extra measure of making it harder for them to close out the app and also how you have to hold the button bnb for 3 seconds. Very smart! My son started this today and he loves it!
My little one loved this, but all of a sudden it has stopped working altogether, can't click on anything in the menu. I see other reviews with the same issue but no reply from the makers, poor form. Literally took you 9 months to reply to my message to say the issue had been fixed in an update.
This game is so good for babies that by the time my baby was 15 months he lost interest in it cause he had mastered it all. Now, at soon to be 19 months any game I give him to play with shapes he automatically matches them together! He still plays it occasionally. Definitely recommend this to all parents who understands the power of early learning.
RV appstudios have made another amazing app. This is one of the MUST DOWNLOAD app. Super fun and so educational. Both my kids love this game and it has helped me especially during the lock down time. It's not always easy to teach your child while working from home but when you find an app that makes learning fun then you have really scored! Please do not hesitate to download the app and look at all their other apps. You won't be disappointed!! Age suggestion 2 - 6
The app is great but there is an annoying tiny red arrow in the bottom of the screen when it's time to carry on to the next mini game, sometimes it takes several presses to get to work, and my toddler needs help getting the little button pushed everytime, maybe make the button bigger or have continuous gameplay
Before there was the update changing the animals, this game was great. Since the update, the game will not load past the first screen. It freezes at 100%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and nothing works. I wish it worked because it was fantastic for our oldest child. Edit: after clearing the cache and the data, I was able to get the game to work. This game is wonderful for helping to teach shapes and colors with multiple activities and repetition. So glad to have it working!
