COLREGs - Lights and shapes of vessels
Cards have been introduced for self-learning.
For each rule, you can change the observation point on the 3D rendering view by a touch/drag action.
The visual search engine gives you the ability to find any Colreg rule in seconds. For example, for a "green light + red light + white light" the app will identify the associated rule.
The app is free with premium content, ad free, and does not require an internet connection. It does not collect or share any user data.

Paid for app... But then says you need to pay again as soon as you want 'premium' content. Bait and switch ripoff.
Looks good BUT MANY errors. Please don't teach the wrong things. Look through the reviews, I am not the only one who spotted errors. VERY BAD 👎. Emailed them without any reply. Anyway, I paid for it.

It's very good app to learn colregs lights and shapes, you should add own vessels actions and when seeing the shape or light!😕
Earlier the app was quit good but after update I found many mistake in rules what it is written and it is showing something else and some places light also showing wrong. Need a full revise word by word and lights with refernce to ROR.
Hoping that the developer will make apps relating to SOLAS. I've bought all 3 apps available because its very helpful and easy to use
