Overall a good app, makes transfers between accounts really easy. The big downfall is depositing checks through the app. They never go through at the first attempt with the pictures the app is automatically taking of the check. It always takes several attempts and retaking pictures to finalize the deposit, there are at least 2 error messages coming up every time . Sometimes they don't work at all and I end up having to go to the bank to cash them with a teller.

Good, but needs some work! The mobile deposit function is my least favorite on this app. The rear of the check seems to go flawlessly most of the time, but when it comes to the front of the check, it puts the photo in a weird frame that seems to want you to take it vertical, but that only makes it worse. You're (I think) supposed to take vertically, but it then smooshes the image to where it cannot even be read clearly. Please reevaluate this feature please!!

Love the convenience! The only problem is you only get 6 free transfers per month and can't do anything else after that without going into a branch. Its great if youre in town, though! Depositing checks for me takes upwards of 5 business days, but the other members I know get it within 2 business days. Overall, the app is really convenient, no bugs, secure and private.

Pretty nice app overall, only complaint is there's no camera controls when trying to photograph a check for mobile deposit. Newer Android phones have multiple cameras and the default one is awful for scanning purposes, it is very blurry for artistic effect and enhances focus. Being able to switch to my second camera would save me several minutes of retaking photos if that option was available.

This is actually the most secure application I have. As a CCU member for many years, I've always been able to count on their team. No, I'm not a bot nor bought. With this app I can check my balance, make transfers and see when all my payments go through in seconds! Thank you, CCU for being attentive on keeping things up to date and letting me know when anything changes or looks fishy!

Since the latest update, I can no longer use the biometric ID. It used to be a problem constantly saying a new fingerprint had been registered, which it hadn't. Now, it just doesn't work at all. I do like the transfer features, the ease of use for most functions, and the look, though.

The automatic capture is a good idea in theory, but it takes the picture before you're ready so it's blurry because you're still adjusting the shot. Then you have to take it numerous times. The previous way worked better because less times you have to take the picture.

Again, they are declining transactions that add money to my account, but they let me spend it. Do not go to this scammy credit union. Their technology is a decade behind, and they don't have 24/7 support, meaning when your account stops working for no reason at all, you can't do anything about it. DO NOT JOIN COLUMBIA CREDIT UNION

App works great to pay bills, check your account balances.... however the fingerprint scanner will not work if you enter the wrong fingerprint for five times you will not be able to use the fingerprint scanner to access your account in the future. I've tried everything to reset it even asked at the bank. It's sad I really like that feature!

I haven't been using it long, but was a huge asset while moving and unable to access wifi elsewhere! It's easy to use once you get used to where things are within the page! ~Great app! Thank you

Great app. UI is easy to understand. It gives you access to almost everything the bank can do. Makes banking much more possible when you live a considerable way from the nearest branch. And CCU is worth that extra drive anyway! This app just makes it that much more convenient.

Excellent! But why doesn't the app strike a balance with each checking transaction? Also, would like to see it work with PayPal to send money to someone. Love the Bill Pay feature as well as mobile check deposit!

My problem is you should remove the payment amount from available funds when client chooses send. You are quick to remove scheduled payments from list but money still showing in account. But I am sure that is how you get your fees especially from seniors. Key bank removes payment amounts from available funds the minute you press send. So you don't have to keep tabs on monies you already set up for pay outs. Columbia you could do better. Should be very easy for your people to accomplish.

Works well enough overall. The mobile check deposit is a bit annoying - no matter if you sign and put "for mobile deposit" on the back or not, it always prompts you to check if you did and has you verify the picture is correct. Quite annoying.

I like the ability to deposit checks via the online app. My only downfall with the app is when I deposit checks from a business that are larger than personal checks. It's hard to fit it all in the box and be able to read it.

App runs pretty good, my only issue is the widget won't work. But the app itself works fine, and I can use my fingerprint for quick login. Check deposit is easy, as is transferring money.

Very handy with the fingerprint login. Very well designed app. Makes online banking a snap!# Addendum: the app used to show how many transfers left but doesn't anymore. Please put that functionality back.

Would give the app 5 stars IF you could zoom in on your check picture when depositing. App always prompts you to verify a piece of information about the check when you do a mobile deposit, however, unless you have a microscope, it's impossible to see if the info it's asking you to verify is clear or not. Kind of defeats the purpose!

Columbia makes it easy to transfer between accounts. I can even transfer money from my account to anybody elses columbia account with their information. The transactions are fast as well. The app is well formatted and easy to use.

I like the app the way it was before you changed it, meaning I like to get my check in Focus myself because there's hardly any time at all to do it when it's done automatically as soon as the picture light comes on.

I think this app is great, transfers are super easy. I think the mobile deposit option should be more clearly labeled. But otherwise it is great.

Very simple, very easy to use and no bugs, it's a really good app in my opinion. Also has fingerprint scanner in case you dont wanna enter your password every time

Easy Peasy! Very convenient to stay informed for anyone who travels frequently and for the not-so technically inclined, like moi 😁 Not one bad experience and I've been using this app for 2+yrs. I love Columbia Credit Union!

Great app. Reliable check deposits. Wish they wouldn't take over the volume of your phone. The sound of check deposits are loud and startling.

Was great but last update has severely impeded transfers for me on Note 4 w Marshmallow. The funds transfer popup keypad is mis-sized and has buried the Zero (integer) below the display so that it is unavailable.

It would be nice to open the app and be able to check your balance or recent transactions without constant glitches that prevent anything from loading.
