Columbia Protocol

The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), the most evidence-supported tool of its kind, is a simple series of questions that anyone can use anywhere in the world to help prevent suicide.

This works fine. If a person screens negative on the first 2 questions, most of the other questions will be skipped. I use this protocol on a daily basis at work. This is a nice implementation for my pocket.

Only the first 2 questions work. It jumps to question 6 and freezes. Was all excited and shared the idea of this app with staff and am disappointed its not working. Hope it's remedied soon. Had hoped to share this with others.

Only the first 2 questions work. It completely freezes and will not go any further when you get to the 3rd question. I have tried numerous times

Now anyone can have access to the C-SSRS Brief Screen tool, questions, and recommended next steps conveniently on their phone and mobile device.
