It was ok before. Now it's a big mess. After the latest update it's asking for a OTP. Poor communication to their clients regarding future changes. The problem is not with the app itself, it's how they do things and roll out new changes.
Sorry to leave a negative review Combank. The app needs a complete overhaul. The U.I. feels like it's from early 2000's. And please integrate fingerprint login access. This is becoming a norm in every app out there, including mobile banking apps. Please refer ChasePay (U.S.) as a reference. Thank you.
There are two different ComBank apps (Ceylon) in the playstore. I have been using one for years which last updated November 2018. There's another app in the recommendations. Privacy gone down the drain? Hope not
The latest update on 29 November 2018 completely broke the app which was working perfectly until auto updating today! Whether my own phone is rooted or not is *my* issue and not up to any company to block access to my account detail.
So many performance issues, login issues,bugs old age technology This can be very handy if it can store atleast past one month transactions,refresh on real time and fix all the performance,bugs app related issues.
New OTP changes doesn't work properly. It's annoying af. Always asks to enter a 8 digit number and now I don't even receive the OTP.
Still need improvement, Online fund transfer to third-party is much important Finger print login is easy-to-use and all the latest apps have it. The commercial bank it team has to be work hard
This is one of the worst apps iv ever used. Such dosgrace to a bank like Commercial. You should either do it right or should keep doing your stuff on papers which suits well for ya'll
This app need lot of improvements. I cant transfer money to the thirdparty account. & even cant pay bills through this app. Web version is also same. Please update this app.
This app needs some serious improvement. Says new device detected on old phone. Locks out and says try in 10 minutes but stays locked for hours unless you call customer support.
I never had to comment on an app before but if you're going to give 8 digit otp then at least persist the data so that we won't have to login again, What the f u c k are you thinking making some sms service rich by sending SMS foreach login? Not only that the otp is not unique I just logged in from my partners otp Most of your customers don't even have a balance worth spending the SMS otp cost Even firebase (Google) is conservative on their otp functions, this a dumb way to show that y'all are rich, and stupid waste of people's interest money
After the update I cannot login. It says rooted phones not allowed to use this app although my phone is a unrooted one. Very bad.
It helps us to check our account balance,check exchange rates and interest rates of this bank. It's may be good experience for daily busy persons... i recommend this app...
Worst service ever can't even get through to their hotline for assistance was on hold for more than 20 minutes if they don't have enough staff for such reputed bank please take people there are so many without jobs.
There are two apps of combank in playstore. one is com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.ui.activities, and the other one is com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.newapp.ui.activities. Notice both have same names except the new app has newapp text. I remember I got a SMS from combank in 2017 with the link to com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.ui.activities app, I just checked some of the posts made in official facebook page of combank (it's official because its link is in combank website too) then I could find the same com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.ui.activities app over there. so it's for sure com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.ui.activities app is legit as well. Now com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.newapp.ui.activities one is legit for sure because its link is posted in combank official website. I think combank made a mistake by uploading two apps. First one they gave up developing, then they immediately released another app on next day with a different name. So don't worry both apps are legit, but the com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.newapp.ui.activities app is the most recent and the working app. com.cbc.banking.mobile.android.ui.activities is old, hence mobile banking feature doesn't work.
The app is not working at all. I reinstalled the app. Nothing happens after entering the password
Can't log in to mobile banking on app in my new phone. passbook works. when typing correct password and clicking next, nothing happens
its ok. latest update ruined everything. not working unable to log in. hence stopped using the app. switiching to NTB
Recent update stops this app from running on rooted devices. What an asinine decision. Please don't give me the it's for security speech.

It was working fine. But i am unable to login for last one month. No idea what went wrong.
Please enable finger print sign in, so far all other banking applications are enabled it, you should consider it due security and safety purposes
Need a lot of improvement. The acc. balance is always incorrect & the acc updating is too slow
This app is outdated and cannot login anymore. Sadly the bank has not notified the customers about this.
After the latest update cannot login. Should have properly tested this before releasing to the public. Very immature.

epassbook is fine.but if they state all transactions ,its better than this.👍
A complete mess.. not user friendly at all. Menu is horrible. Can't find options add a payee to transfer funds. Landing page after signing in shows my name and address details to me. Need a complete rewamp. Pls get someone who know UX design
