We need finger print login. Because when I accidentally enter wrong password, the app gets locked for 10 minutes,. Sometimes i had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes untill the app gets unlocked. Upgrade your technology. Don't be stuck to the same design forever, i.never received any update too.
unlike other banks that provide the online banking for free, I pay to commercial bank. but it's very difficult to operate. service has dropped dramatically! I do not recommend commercial bank online app to anyone. last updated on 2018. Crappiest online app. Complained directly a lot of times. "Cutting edge Technology and focusing continuesly on productivity improvement" such irony
Easy to manage all my banking stuff. But I believe commercial bank should have look into more user friendly interface. Also unable to add or register any 3rd party beneficiary which is lacking in both internet banking and mobile apps. Other banks have better solution for this compared to commercial bank.
This app is good for nothing. Way too easier to login to the online portal via the mobile browser and do things than shuffling around this piece of junk. Commercial bank, do some proper UX engineering and do a proper requirement gathering of what really a customer is expecting by having a mobile app. Don't just put up an app to check the exchange rate and the account balance.
The app doesn't allow me to log in. It pops up a "access blocked due to improper sign out". It asks me to retry after 10 minutes but I get the same error again. The developer contact email address for this app is not a commercial bank address. This is also a concern for me.
Couldn't register third party transfers on this App. Need to login in the chrome and do it. and it doesn't work too fast for emergency transactions. You've to improve it and allow us to manage all activities through the app.
It is a hood app, but im having trouble with inpropper sign out machanism, if an inpropper signout make app locks login for 10 minutes, fune, bit the problem is, this 10 minute counting is not accurate , sometimes it keep locks for over 10 minutes , may be it is a issue in the back end, not the app. but bad user experience ,
It seems there is a problem in login for e passbook. I got the access but when I am trying to log in it does not work. BOC made an separated app for e passbook. So simple to login it. Just one minute game. Please make an separate app or find the problems in the app!
This app is genuine, i got the link from a combank branch in Nugegoda. However the UI design is HORRIBLE! I cant believe one of the best banks in Sri Lanka can come up with something this bad. There are so many good IT companies in Sri Lanka. At the very least ensure that the app is responsive on all devices especially the latest phones with high resolution.
This app needs a total makeover. The UI is just horrible. After withdrawals, the transaction isn't updated until ages(consequently, displaying the wrong date). Do something about this. ASAP!
Now, there are a few point to clarify. This app somewhat achieves it's purpose, as a purely bank related app but it fails in nearly every category related to both aesthetics and usability. And I agree, security is a major benefactor as well but see how many applications that exist that perfectly balanced both of these. And considering the status of the bank. It's quite despairing to see such a product be an essential tool which surely account holders would no wonder use very much.
The technology in this generation is in next level and this app is still in stone age. Withdrawals are not updated at the same time and it takes ages for the withdrawals to update. Also kindly add more options and give us the ability to activate and deactivate our Visa cards by ourselves, and add more options to enable tap it, so we do not need to call or email the bank. Currently all the Kuwait online banking has these options.
Add fingerprint login feature. Can't add new telephone numbers to payments and settlements section via app. Can't see account history as we like via app. Can't download payment success receipts as pdfs or images to future reference. No realtime transaction updates in the app or website also. ( really bad experience)
It seems there is an issue with this app, because it locked my account several times when tried to login using this app. My account got locked several times saying that the password is wrong and my attempt are exceed. But i am pretty sure that every time i used the correct possword and only one time.
This is not user friendly. So, quickly update the system. In e-passbook, we need to look minimum last 10 transactions. Update e-passbook also. Very poor app.
you really need to improve this app. it's inconvenient and very poorly designed. no fingerprint support, not able to transfer money properly and many many other inconveniences. also why not update the UI? This is not 2008.
I am a customer over 4 decades and experienced lot of difficulties in activating in mobile banking..then had difficulty in transferring the fund which could not do even on a computer as they advised. After exchange of several telephone conversation error was rectified and but unable to transfer even to computer registered parties on mobile app.
Really useless, the transaction dates are wrong always and the latest transactions appear after a really long time, I don't recommend anyone to use this unless they fix this. Please look into this and fix it.
I installed this to use as an ebook. better to go n update from the bank itself. it wont work. its loading loading loading and loading. once only it displayed the account balance. eventhough nothing about transactions. only the current account balance. not recommending as an ebook
Sorry to say that Fund transferring feature is not working properly. User can not select "TO ACCOUNT", both FROM and TO accounts are the same. Critically this app needs to be updated. Otherwise it is just an APP for checking account balance only.
Worst digital banking app in sri lanka. Extremely unprofessional and basically does nothing. This doesnt even deserve at least one star. I barely go beyond ePassbook. All other options are useless. Oh one more thing. This is same as your online banking site as well. Useless.
The previous one worked so well but the new one is useless. when I installed the new app they are asking permission to access my gallery and to my contacts and when I denied it I couldn't login.Please check and fix all the bugs on the app ASAP.
I got the pin code from bank and tried to login. But it repeatedly says "Maximum Login Attempts exceeded" I tried to contact the branch and get a new pin. They told me to uninstall the app and install it again. But nothing helped. I am not able to use the app now.
This is regarding fund transfers. Please make sure that 3rd party accounts are saved on the app once a transfer is done. Because i have to enter all the information including the account number each time i do a transfer on the same account. I will rate 5 stars once this is fixed.

The app used to work fine before the Nov 2018 update ever since i have been unable to login after the OTP verification it just shows a blank screen that's it. In vain should have just kept the app the way it was so much for cutting edge technology. I prefer you roll back to the older version of the app because many users face this problem as we were all forced to update from the old app to a new app that just doesn't work. Please solve immediantly.
