The worst experience I've ever had. When you add a user but you must press back to continue shopping this shows just how bad the ux is. I took 10 minutes to understand how to get to the payment screen. If that just wasn't enough I'm always having payment errors. It's just nonsense.
Would be great if the important points would be shown to you, BEFORE you become a nuisance in the eyes of the ticket person. Like f. ex. that you have to buy the ticket 15 min before the train leaves, so you don't end up without, trying to buy one on the train with a card, which of course is not possible either. Or that you have to show ID and not hide that point somewhere in the terms and conditions. 2 Stars for the UI not being as antiquated as the rest of the train experience here.
Really poor, freezes you out. I have spent 45 mins so far today with this app trying to buy a ticket which should be a 5 minute job. It would be quicker to drive to the station and buy a ticket. I am about to unistall and reload it. If you are awake for 16 hrs today buying a ticket with this app will take up at least 1/16th of your day. Enjoy! 1 hr 30 mins later I finally got the app to work Quite literally the most appalling app I have ever used. Previous rating of 2 stars at least 3 too many.
Purchasing worked with PayPal, but didn't work with a credit card - after passing the MasterCard bank authentication prompt, the purchase was not completed. The tickets showed a wrong train number and wrong seats, but we figured it out. It worked, but I wouldn't count on it to be reliable.
The app allows you to search for schedules and buy tickets, but doesn't allow you to access purchased tickets (with QR code) in app... You have to access the tickets from your email app,what doesn't make much sense.
The option to buy tickets isn't even available. I've tried seeking any help online but there's no forums. No sign anyone has had this issue. Honestly this app for me is just a glorified calendar right now... Fix this.
Definetly more intuitive than the website but does not have the option to see the trains that have passed, only the ones that are coming. Will give more stars if you fix that.
It worked well for me, I've been able to book my ticket upfront, select a seat and even pay via PayPal (not very common).
Unable to buy tickets. Tried to pay, but a VERY GENERIC ERROR was issues when I've done the payement. The money was withdrawn from my card, and according to CP will be blocked for some days and I still need the tickets...bottom line, a HUGE mess...stay away from this app, and if you also need to buy tickets online, try the website instead.
Tried booking a ticket from Lisboa to Caldas da Rainha.....so far so good, I could see times, journey times and stops, prices etc, but it didn't give me the option to be able to purchase a ticket???? So it was no good whatsoever
I like the app! But please implement main points: - tickets must be available offline without internet connection - possibility to export tickets to apple wallet and google wallet
It's a good companion on my journeys threw Portugal. You can book your tickets right in the app. I would like to recommend to put in live information about the train timetable and the platform where the train arrives.
Error during purchase on the app. Money deducted from my bank account. Have been chasing customer support for weeks to get my money back. Very bad experience.
App unstable. I bought a ticket, the value was debited in my account but the app crashed and didn't give me the ticket. And there's no refund yet
Trash app, does not function properly, it forgets your information seconds after entering it and you have to do it multiple times until it decides it will remember it
The app just keep rebooting, shutting down when trying to insert a station. Tried to uninstal and reinstall and its the same.
To find train times ... its excellent The ticketing system has glitches and needs to be fixed now... 100% unacceptable that the ticket is not available offline 100% not acceptable that I cant access my ticket properly... sort it out now CP
Using search and purchase I can search and find the journey from Pombal to Sintra I require, but the ability to purchase tickets on line just doesn't seem to exist on the andriod app under search and purchase.
The app was very useful until some weeks ago. Now is not possible to use it as it freezes every time
I just installed it. And I swear I am not an idiot who does not know how to use devices or programs, rather the opposite, but this app does not allow to purchase anything. There is no such button at all
Awful experience Whenever I try to make the payments, no matter the option, there is an error message. The ui is messy as well
one of the worst UX i've seen in years. I get it, train apps aren't easy, but have you tried to actually use it???
Fix your app, can't even access my ticket so many issues.... I'm sure I'm not the only one with the problem
Train schedule and available tickets often not accurate.
This app has a clear interface and is very easy to use!
App works fine but the company are COVID-obsessives. Just been on one train where there was one guy checking and selling tickets and TWO staff dedicated to enforcing mask wearing. If you want to travel Portugal happily and freely, rent a car

Keeps crashing on search menu. Had to use the website.
Bad, but not horrible. UI is rather decent,but far from good. Upon entrying co-passengers it didnt accept their ID type until 10th attempt. Payment method didn't save even after multiple tries and then suddenly appeared in n-th payment. Endless credit card errors, so book a ticket far in advance! Credit card errors don't give a reason for payment fail, but there are multiple error messages, so you can't know why you can't pay. Gives no explanation for why you can't buy a ticket to some trains!
