Just as other reviews state app no longer works, opens for a second then crashes and gives a notification that the app has a bug that the developers need to fix. I even contacted the developer team and they sent a smart aleck reply back that there was no issues with their app. This is crazy
It did work fine for 3 years, after an android update 3-4 weeks ago stopped working. It won't even open, but it works on my apple tablet. Contacted comdata support, and she couldn't find out what was wrong.
App doesn't work. Tried to contact customer service and they said it's not their app that it's my phone. My phone says your app has a bug. Guess my customers won't be able to use comcheck for repairs needed. EFS checks work every time.
This is WORST customer service I've ever had. I have sent 8 emails, no response, talked to 10 people NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED 😕. They should cancel there service, because this mobile app Sucks. I have driver who can't get his paycheck to Christmas shop. Hate i started using this service. I probably get better results from cash app. There service is a 0
don't put a wrong amount in f or a comchek draft or you'll have to jump through flaming hoops to fix it.... also charges $5 to make a check draft... it seems this whole system is poorly put together and its just downright awful to have to deal with this mess in the first place. You get charged ridiculous fees for anything except point of sale transactions. Don't use unless absolutely necessary
Horrible Experience! The signup is long and invasive. The "verification process" is crazy and gender biased. Its useless calling them. You need to talk to at least 3 machines and get transfered and call all these numbers just to register a check. Seriously stupid process... I just WISH my company used EFS. They are way easier. Their app is way easier.
Complete and total waste of time. I installed and set up account. Went to request card and cant go any further. ... Update contacted support. Got a response that got me to a point where card could be requested. Caes ordered and my account is setup now. Will see how it works.
Was good until I updated my phone to android 12 now it won't let me open the app at all...I used this app quite a bit to transfer comchecks to my card then to my bank account, hopefully they fix this issue soon it hasn't had any updates sinc3 2019 I think it's way overdue smh, I downloaded the comcheck on the road app and I can transfer the comcheck to my card but it says it takes 5 days to transfer to my bank so I haven't used that function yet guess I gotta go to atm and pull out money
Tried to set up account and only gets me through step 3, step 4 will not work on my Samsung s21. Step 4 is last step in applying for your card. I can't complete process hence one star review. Useless, not more convenient if app doesn't work!!
App was working fine. Can't open app and transfer my money. Customer service keep telling me it's my phone....REALLY.....I guess everyone who's complaining about their app has phone problems. Wack. Fix the problem. It has a bug in the program. Wish I could give 0 stars
Guys comdata sucks.. no one told me but I think I figured it out. The new app is called comdata onroad or something. Same login worked and I see everything. Hope this helps
App wont load up. keep getting a pop up notice that the app has a bug and i need to contact developer. Can ya fix this mess or pull app off line completely??
If I could leave no stars I would have it's the app that has the problem I have the app on my other phone and it works perfectly the new application does not work it doesn't allow me to open it you guys need to fix the app

As everyone has stated. I thought it was me.. My brother's still function but they have IOS, HOWEVER!, Anyone with Android, COMDATA ONROAD app work's perfectly. Hope this helps those with Androids
Immediately crashes after opening app on multiple devices. I will not accept comdata payments with out app. Sorry for your customers. Not my loss. Devices: Galaxy 22 Ultra & Galaxy Tab S8+ 5G
Downloaded the mobile app for android and the app won't even open. This is my first time getting paid like this and I will never accept a comcheck again. PayPal, cash app work just fine
The representatives negatively respond to consumer complaints, it's apparent this company has no intentions on changing how they operate. How are you going to blame this issue on the user(s) devices if everyone is using different brands and models of electronic communication. Consider fixing the issue before you lose all business!
Was working fine with my note, 2 weeks ago want let me open the app. Work fine with my iphone. Just downloaded comdata OnRoad on my Android Ultra Note 20G as a reviewer said, it open up just fine.
I've applied and never received any cards, I've gotten the run around so many times, just send the card, but the application is janky, it needs alot of work
Was fine til today. I tryed to open to transfer to my bank account and every time I it trys to open it closes immediately and says there's a bug and need to do a update.I went in to do a update and there is no update for the app so I tried to Uninstalle and reinstall hoping that would do a update but it didn't. Comchek mobile I need my money ASAP its bad enough when it's working I get paid on Friday and do a transfer to my bank account and don't get it till Monday morning and get charged $5
Install Comdata OnRoad and is the same username and password. Comcheck mobile doesn't work for me, it says that have a bug and crash, so I installed the OnRoad and works perfect. Hope it works
App does not keep up with Android system updates so is either super glitchy or won't open at all. As of 01/21/2022 it is not working at all again. Way to big of a company for such an oversite.
I had problems with the app not opening since the new android update. Downloaded the Comdata OnRoad app, signed in with my original login info, and it works great
As everyone else has said, the app won't open. Customer service is TERRIBLE !!! I'm just glad I don't need to depend on this for surviving out on the road. The company needs to step up and admit the problem is on their end and fix it.
Garbage, When is Comdata gonna fix this, pretty sure it's a Samsung/Android issue should be ez fix. They either don't care or too incompetent to figure it out. I truly hope it's that first one.....works fine on my apple device

Won't open without crashing. If you email support, they will tell you nothing is wrong with app
Won't open. Uninstalled, reinstall, shut down, cleared cache...etc, etc etc.... won't let me access my funding, and no one responds to emails or phone calls
As described by MULTIPLE other people, worked great for several years until an update several months ago, now the app won't even open! I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, called ComData (who, of course, claims this has nothing to do with them and blames it on everyone else), called Verizon, called Samsara, called my bank... all of whom ran multiple trouble- shooting options and said it is the app!! Please FIX THIS!!!
