To use this app for the first time, they are suppose to send you an email with a security code after you enter your username and password. I never received that email even though I am able to get all their other emails. And I see that I am not the only one with that problem. So whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Stupid waste of space.

Upon setup it asks for my user ID an password, upon successfully putting in user name and password it asked to verify a text... still waiting on the text (over 72 hours). Made several attempts and will not receive texts so can't continue setup. Much like the reviews this app is currently crap. Comdata company needs to do a lot of work on this app

This app advertised full functionality, but the only option it provides me with is finding fuel stops....I was really hoping to be able to do more, like register a Comcheck, or transfer funds to my bank account, but no such luck. Doesn't really seem worth downloading to me.

Need to make an app for the actual card holder... You know the people that are out and about actually using the cards and needing to find fuel stations and know how much is on the card; not the people back at the office sitting at their desk that can just log onto the pc to the main website to do their business. .. Very poorly thought through... Could be a great idea, but definitely needs a serious work over

Worst company ever. $1 decline fee is criminal. Customer service is non -existent. When I called and asked for $15 of decline fees to be removed because of a reoccurring payment I could not cancel through the retailer I got told a case would be filed and I would get refunded. That never happened. Authorizations sometimes won't post immediately. My employer forces me to get this. Your app fits your culture.

It didn't give me opportunity to enroll with my own password and username, so the first time I try to use it it asks me for my password and username but wont let me go into the system because I haven't enrolled yet and it doesn't give me an option to enroll! What a waste it does give me the option to request my forgotten username or password but that's no good if I haven't been logged into the system yet!

Worthless, went through all the steps to activate the card, setup a username and stuff only to get into the app and find 2 options, fuel search which could be handy if I didn't already have 3 apps that did it better. 2nd option is a card search which was unable to find my card. That's it. No card balance, no ability to transfer funds to my bank account. Not even the ability to apply the comcheck money my company gave me for reimbursement of travel.

Comdata usually makes things easier, so this app confuses me. Why they made a useless app is puzzling....

What's the purpose of it? All it let's me do is locate fuel points which I don't even need as they are provided by company. Looking at my paycheck would be useful instead of having to use a browser to do that. Propritarily it would/could keep me logged in so the whole process would be amazingly easy. That's an app I would use regularly! !

I down loaded this app because i go on the road tomorrow. All it is showing is fuel. No other buttons like account info. what good is this if I cant get to the information I need.

Well that's time of my life I'll never get back. No card balance and very poor fuel search. Didn't even register the loves I was parked at. I'd give 0 stars if I could

Only option I have is for fuel stops, it can't find my card. I already use Gasbuddy so this is worthless to me.

Not only do they charge you for EVERYTHING but the app will not work at all. They say use the app for no charge checking of your balance. Then you log onto the app and you can't even get to your account. Comdata you better get some app developers that know what they are doing. Unless this is a ploy to get more money from us. If that is the case, GOOD JOB! New update. You have to download "fleetadvance". I called comdata and they informed me that I needed the "fleetadvance" app.

It was supposed to email me a code after entering my username and password, and I never got it it, therefore I was never able to log in with the app

I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for this activation code to be sent to my email address, and nothing. It's been many days now, I might as well just delete the app.

The title says it all, I downloaded it into my phone. without existing username or password you can't get into it. total waste of time.

Can't even sign in. Never got the code. Tried 3 times. I changed my password. Startin not to think these ppl ain't even real. No stars if it was up to me. Uninstalled. Considering switching to a card that actually has a working mobile app.

It does absolutely nothing that is stated over the phone. It only looks up fuel stops. Waste of time.

It shows no information about your account. Only option is fuel finder. Complete waste of time and storage.

Can't get balance, comdata says use app for free to check bslance, won't give me my card info.

Theirs no registration option on app. You can't use any features unless you're registered. Ill come back later and see if you fixed it

Doesn't work. Email with verification code never gets sent. Been over a week, uninstalled and reinstall and the app just needs work, and from other reviews it has for a long time now!
