My only real complaint is the amount that is credited or debited is instantly shown on the app however the actual transaction isn't. It was a lot worse a few months ago it was 2 weeks behind so I never knew what exactly came out or if it was correct without sitting down and figuring up my receipts. Now it's running less than 5 days so that's better but still for a company that handles most of the Long Haulers & Trucking companies in this country you'd think they'd be a little more advanced.
If I could give negative stars I would give this -5 It is a twrrible app, I would expect it to show your balance very easily, as well as being able to transfer money on the app. wast of my time. all it does is show my balace and I can do that online a lot easier Plus I see no ATM's in my area. Don't waste your time people!
3 positive an 68 negative reviews. That says it all. My problem is that I didn't get a choice to pick a card an can not change the card or I would have got rid of this one. Five to ten days behind on the balance an does not tell where an when it's spent just amount an some random USA store in my state.
The Fintwist Allpoint card is supposed to be fee less when its withdrawal from an Allpoint Atm. The card was not recognized at two different allpoint arms I could not take my money. It said the Card holder was not recognized or transaction rejected. I was able to use it for purchases and withdraw from a non allpoint atm for a fee. I did send a complaint email on their website. Allpoint is not recognizing the card this should be fixed. 😠
Can you please, please update this app as I'm unable to utilize same with my phone (android Samsung Galaxy 21). Apparently, the last update was in 2015. Thank you.
App does not accept the same username and password as in the web browser. Customer service is bad they will not help you on getting it fixed
they must have fixed the bugs, i hate going through a pay card but we transferred over to a temp agency to hire us on so its what we have to deal with. app works and shows atms, gotta change search radius mine was set at 2 miles default.
No longer works with my phone one. I was enjoying the app. but something happened that says that the app is outdated and may not work with my phone. I'm think someone needs to look into this.
I cannot check my balance anymore. Everytime I try to log in it says connection fail. There is not an update available. It worked for about a year and now nothing.
App made for older phones and shows installed on phone but no icon in my list of apps appears to open app. Asks for permissions it shouldn't need such as camera and microphone.
The absolute worse. Since changing to Fintwist the app and website are practially useless. The old website I could move and direct my money at will. Now its ridicilous trying find the link for transfers. Its there , but it doesnt work.
This app does everything it's supposed to. I get to see where Allpiont ATMs are located both on a map as well as on a list. I can even see my current balance on my card.
Now I know to ask a potential employer how they pay and if they say Comdata, I will not hire on with them. The fees are outrageous. Might as well subtract the equivalent of a buck an hour from your pay with this "service". I can't think of a single worse option for a payroll system.
Cant check current transactions from all this month of December 2018. I dont want to see anything from last month. Other than that, its okay an app.
Worked good at first.. then app won't work. Customer service can't even give me my balance. They recommended going to atm to get balance. Lmao. Would give 0stars if I could.
I loved this app it was great but all of a sudden it quit working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall that didn't work.
it serves its purpose but needs to be tweaked more. Does not show current transactions and no way to update your transactions.
It keeps telling me invalid username and password combination and I know it's the right combo please tell me how to get this fixed
Worked fine in the beginning, but since November 8 it has not shown me any transactions or correct balance.
If you have ANY other option, DO NOT USE COMDATA. The fees are insane and their customer service is the absolute worst. I've called seven times over the last week to find out where $40 went from my account, and not once has anyone given me an answer, and every time I ask to speak to a superviser or have the call escalted, I get put on hold for 30 minutes and then get told all the managers are busy. EVERY TIME. Use netspend or find a credit union if you cant get a regular bank account. F Comdata
App only gives balance and transaction info, there is nothing you can do it change on your act from the app.
Please update! The only up to date up is the Comdata On Road. Please update the Comdata Prepaid Card APP so people can use it better. Like a way to transfer to other accounts, pay bills, etc. It's useless if all we see is transactions and balance. It doesn't even show an in depth of transactions/balances. App was last updated in 2015!!! It's been 5 years
