COMELEC Halalan App
The COMELEC Halalan 2016 mobile application (“COMELEC App”) created by ABS-CBN aims to allow the public access to election-related information and services through mobile phones and devices.
It allows a Filipino voter to check the status of his registration and eligibility for elections, assists him in locating his precinct or polling place, and provides him with information and news related to the coming 2016 Philippine elections.

Ow for those who says this doesn't work? I also experienced having the no internet connection error at first try. check your connection, after checking mine, the app worked just fine. I had issues with the comelec and GMA site, for 2 hours. I found this and we got our prescints in TWO minutes. If you know how to have your phone reflect the actual KBP/S of your internet connection, it'll show why you're having issues. Even if you're showing 3 bars there, if your connection is 1.34 kbp/s then that's still X
This is useless. It does not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled it in the hopes that it will actually work. Well guess what, it's my 3rd time to install it now and it still says there's an error, or it can't connect to the internet (which is very unlikely since I do not have a problem with my internet connection at the moment). I hate it. Just take this app down if you can't fix it. Thank you.
It does not support people without middle initial.. You cant search your profile without middle name. Even if you are registered voter, if you dont have a middle name you cant search your details on this app. I recommend Un-install this app immidiately. Not worth downloading
Choking when accessing comelec data. To be fair, it could be crappy servers of comelec because it does the same thing if i try it out in my pc's browser. Nonetheless, a generic 'can't connect to the internet' message is not helpful.
If only I can attach a photo here, Everytime I tried to access this it always says no internet where in fact there is. This app needs serious maintenance and improvement to better assist users ... 😊😊😊
Very useful app. I cannot make kodigo because I can save what candidates I want to vote. Please add the number of the candidates so that I easy to locate.
Useless app. says check your internet connection even though i have active internet connection. useless app. election day and cannot use this when needed.
Love this application:) Found my precint no. within minutes. You just need to be patient if your internet connection is not stable. You could also browse the info of each candidate which is very useful.
Down 90% of the time. Can not retrieve status or poll results. More errors than actual data.
Downloaded this morning and works fine until result came starting 5pm and by 6:30pm is showing error and now doesn't show the presidential result. Mhmmmm....
Good app... But Please update your list for local candidates cant find the list of board members and SB members or municipal counselors..
I'm a registered voter but whenever I try to search my status it says "no internet connection". I'm posting a bad review right now just because I have internet.
Useless app.. what's the point of making an app if they couldn't even maintain stability for people using it.. keeps on giving out the "stopped working" when you try to search for registration status
having an error message 'check your internet connection' when trying to lacate my info. when Im sure my internet access is working fine.
Your results updates is still 7m while on fb and other news is now 10m. Please update timely.

Whenever I try the precinct finder, it keeps saying "No connection to Internet." when I clearly have connectivity on my other apps.
Great app. And very useful in looking for information regarding my registration and my candidates. An in depth look into my candidates who will be seating on the senate/ congress.
ABS-CBN created app. Definitely biased results.
It was recommended by this site called local pulse or whatever but it doesn't work. Put it down or update it.

I cannot access my precint number. It always say "can't access to the internet" though I have a strong connection to the web.
Doesn't work. Only gives an error that so data can be retrieved. Another failure by ABS CBN
That time when dagdag bawas issue at national TVs this app cannot connect to the server... something fushy...
I'm a first timer voter and pregnant too. This app helps me find where to vote without hassle.
Always says "cant connect to the internet". Im using wifi you dumb app!

Delete this app. It just stops every time the Search button is pressed.

The precinct number it showed for me is different from the one on my Voter's ID. I also checked the info re my deceased father and saw that only his name and bday details are correct. He voted last national election along with my brother in the same precinct but your app said he's deactivated due to "failure to vote in 2 consecutive regular elections". I hope this error is only in your app. Because if not, it means a high percentage of voters' information is incorrect and that we cannot trust the COMELEC.
