Excellent app and a great High Yield Savings Account. Currently pays out 0.75%. I have a weekly deposit from my checking account and it works great. I had to contact customer support once and they were quick and knowledgeable. Not sure what ask the problems people are having, but it seems like they are trying to use the app for non savings account related business.

You can setup as many external accounts as you want the app will give you an error and you cannot transfer a cd out when it matures. If you call you are conveniently disconnected before any transfers complete. Do not open a cd with this company I cannot get my money back from them. You have been warned

Can never access my account on the app. Scan the QR code on a physical bill instead and their website is actually really easy to navigate on a phone and doesn't require phone storage space. I was about to quit using the card entirely and they managed to redeem themselves with the QR code account management.

Never use the word STUPID but I am now. Same stupit user interface in both website/app and I have both CD & Savings titled as such: HYSA 2Y 60 0002 So what does that jibberish mean??? The HYSA denotes saving but the CD account looks like computer Code as I'm using their exact spacing letters an numbers! Worse, transaction activity combines BOTH accounts so a quick glance is beyond confusing as account titles are Not in Bold. C'mon INDIVIDUATE each accounts Transactions! Use Common Sense!

I am fully aware that Comenity carries the credit cards for many department stores and other kinds of stores. It would be extremely helpful if you could create a portal with Comenity that you could access then add the accounts you have with the other stores in order to make it more efficient to use their cards and make payments on the cards. The development of the app is lacking a lot in this area and for the amount of money the credit card companies make, they need to step up their game.

I have a community MasterCard a BJ community MasterCard and I just finished shutting them up on my tablet to get into them and I can't get into him on my phone that sucks one of the cards I'm going to have to pay off completely and never use it unless it's in emergency cuz I can't pay online to check the balance other branches using the cord you would think that the app would be a little bit more better The car is nice but the apps completely sucks if you guys are reading this you need fix it

So far does everything I want it to. Only four stars though as it's very difficult to get back into initially adding a transfer account (or at least it was when I installed it) . You have to enter the account information, then verify a couple of deposits... But the deposits are not instant, so you have to exit the app and come back later, and I couldn't find any sort of 'pick up where you left off' option. However once that was done, scheduling transfers is easy and the balance is easy to find.

Practical, useful, and really great customer service, but mobile deposit is difficult and finicky. It can take several tries before the app will properly recognize and read a check even if you have good lighting and write everything you're supposed to. (Sometimes I even give up and try the next day.) The location of the option to external accounts is a little odd too. Otherwise, it has all the functions I need to monitor and grow my savings account.

Love the app! It has some challenges for sure. I use the fingerprint login so no problem there. It's basic yet is super easy to transfer money in and out of the savings which for me is key. I've transferred money out in real time before so that's great. IF you accidentally pick a wrong account however to move money in and out of this is not easily undone. Be careful before you transfer money anywhere!!

Doesn't work, can't sign in, just like everyone else here has said. My account works fine online, but trying to log in with the exact same credentials on the app returns an error saying that my account can't be verified. I guess I'll just pin the web link in my financial apps folder until they fix this. An app vs web exclusivity seems like a pretty basic requirement for a financial institution these days. I just got my card today and I'm not feeling very confident or secure about keeping it now.

Comenity's online service is the worst that I have ever experienced. I haven't been able to setup access to my account, Credit Card, pay online, etc... after numerous attempts with my smart phone, computer, and assistance over the phone with one of their technicians. I paid my balance the old way by check and mail. I will cancel the credit card (if that is even possible), or just cut it into pieces.

Can't use the app to make transfers. Instead I have to make transfers on my laptop. Please fix.

The app is being redesigning mobile app, to access the comenity Mastercard and does not work. Called the number provided and was told, there is no timeline available for completion of the 100+ store fronts that comenity hosts.

I have two Comenity credit cards. Guess how many I can access with this app? Yup. Zero. The silver lining there is that I can safely assume that (if this app is anything like their website) I'm not missing out on anything but a clunky, unintuitive, unresponsive, extremely limited in functionality piece of garbage software. But like I said, I can't access either of those accounts with this app. So I'm making my assumption based strictly on the login page.

I need this app for the Wayfair Credit Card, but I can't even access it. Every time I try to sign in, it says the credentials are incorrect. I reset them and try again, and it STILL says they are incorrect. I have signed in on multiple browsers just to verify I am typing everything in correctly, but it's only the app that gives me problems, and support says there's nothing I can do at this point. Update: 1/29/2020, redownloaded the app to try again and the same issue is persisting.

I downloaded the app to have something to easily access my account and make payments. Turns out once you enter the correct information it shows unable to find your account. Currently trying to figure out how to pay online the website. Cannot enter banking info, starting to think they are trying to screw people credit. Do not use this credit card!!!

This banks is horrible. I want to pay my monthly bill. They make it very very difficult either with the app on my phone , laptop or by phone. Everytime I go on to sign the app tells me I can't get in To top it off they won't let you pay at BJ'S stores. I am going to pay balance in full and get rid of this card for good. They have a 1 star rating in Google. What a nightmare!!!!

I cannot get into my sccount. Password reset doesn't work and no answers phone.

If I can give this (-) star I would. THIS APP DOESN'T WORK !!!! WASTE OF TIME. I supplied the required information and couldn't let me through due to "info doesn't match record on file"

I just logged in web site n also called customer service but the app doesn't lrt me enroll. This is the 3rd time and I'm over it! I will uninstall this n never come back!! People don't lose your time on this!!

So upset with this company. Don't get their credit cards. Tired of hearing one thing from their sales team and then another from the collectors at comenity. They screwed me bad and now they won't help me. Don't get they credit cards you'll end up regretting it and screwing up your credit.

Can't login. I have to go through the website for the store I have a card with. Cannot use the app to connect to my account. Lame.

Can sign in to the website just fine. Can't sign in to the app at all. My account has been open for a month and it is the same thing every time.

Avoid Comenity! I got approved for a credit card and it didn't come in the mail. Had to call and get new one ordered. Got the card in the mail and activated over the phone. Went to use the card and it got decline. I tried setting up account over this app but it doesn't work, however the browser works just fine. Comenity is completely disorganized! Not worth the hassle!

This App sucks. Never works right. Can't sign in. I think it's developed this way so you will have to pay late charges. Shame on BJ's for using this bank.

Customer service awful, you have to wait more than 10 minutes to talk to them. Very difficult to pay the card. I'm going to cancel it right now .

Does not work with NFL Extra Points Credit Card. Keeps saying my credentials are wrong. Many other negative reviews that say the same thing. I have a feeling that the NFL card is on the downward spiral and it won't be long before I close the account. Bad move for the NFL to partner with this terrible bank.

App works to check my balance on my CD. Wish it would show account lifetime interest accrued. Haven't tried mobile check deposits yet for a checking/savings account. Will open an account and try that soon. Had password issue as I entered an incorrect password too many times. Called customer support. They resolved the issue quickly and easily. Overall clean looking and smooth app.

Same issue as many others, can't even log in. Just activated my new PlayStation credit card on PC and wanted to setup notifications on mobile, just like i do with all my other cards. Tried to login with the credentials i've JUST SET, on PC, so i definitely didn't forget, and it just won't login, saying verification failed every single try.

I can't even sign into this app hahaha I registry online and it won't pick up on my credentials. Much like the other negative reviews many of us were converted to comenity from capital one without choice. They did notify of the conversion but I was unable to register because their system would not locate my credentials. I had to call directly to register and set up automatic payments. This conversion set me back a late payment which I have NEVER missed any of my payment. Very dissatisfied
