Connectivity issues. Looses connectivity, and there's no way to delete a base, and re-add the same base because you can't rename a base once it has been named.

App is useless. Will not let you complete setup after multiple attempts. Removing and sending wifi box back to sales rep and filing complaint with the BBB for false advertising of product features.

Can't log in. Ridiculous that I have to log in to use my bed. Tells me my password is wrong. Locked me out after 5 attempts. Because security. For my bed. Click reset password and no email comes, ever. The number of stupid things here is over the top.

I'm too comfortable to get up and sinc the wifi button. this bed is incredible. the base is amazing. I'm in love with this bed

This app won't add the bed to my phone. Useless!

Does not let you complete the setup

Will not connect.

Apps Wi-Fi setup was extremely touchy. I expected more considering the price I paid for the base itself.
