ComfortDelGro SWAN TAXIS App

I used this app last year when I was travelling for work and it was great, but this time around it doesn't work. I am unable to book anything in advance. It will go through the motions but then nothing saves. I tried uninstalling and installing again but now it won't even find my address as a starting point. Not sure what's happened but this app is frustrating.

Terrible. I tried this after listening to a radio advertisement about it. It is absulutely hopeless. There is no confirmation that the taxi is on its way. Phoned the company a d said the reservation was live and taxi on its WY. Then go to check payment at end of journey and the App had not processed payment. Lack of prompts on the App to know what to do with in the App of what to do next to complete reservation. Not an easy App to use. Give them a year an they might get it right. Good luck

Note this is the OFFICIAL app for Swan Taxis, Perth Western Australia. Not very intuitive, didn't find my addresss initially, once I added it as Home it worked better. Unfortunately taxi driver did not pick me up - he parked a street away and drove off as I approached. Must have missed me waving. Phoned customer service (had to Google their number, why isn't this easy to find in the app?) and they were good, but ended up cancelling the trip and taking an Uber home

You're better off walking, this app doesn't let you book, advance book or do much really. Then you have the added amazingness of having to ring up and chase your taxi and mess about for something that uber seems to have sorted out. 10/10 will not use swan taxis again.

This app not longer works properly. You need to fix it even the date keeps playing up n when I press book and it immediately freeze and unable to log out so I had to remove app n tried again same problem still continue. I believe this app isn't longer work at all.

Since getting a new phone (Samsung galaxy 10) the app haa not allowed me to make any bookings. Entering the pick up and drop off address hit 'book taxi' but it won't book at all. I no longer get fair estimates or the choice of flat fare anymore. Really disappointed as I know have to phone for a taxi which has no flat fare option

Thee most buggy app I've experienced haha. Personal phone simply doesn't receive any texts from Swan Taxi. My work phone receives the error "you can not make any bookings from this phone".

I booked a taxi using the advanced booking functionality to get to airport this morning. the app last night said it was booked. Looked this morning 5 minutes beforetaxi was die and the app said there were no bookings for me. Worst there was no taxi. I booked an Uber and on way to airport. Not impressed with this app.

Can't actually put in an address, just instantly comes up 'Not Found' for any address entered. Seems like it could have been a nice app, made completely useless by lack of required function.

I booked a taxi from the airport and the app didnt tell me what I needed to do. It didnt give me the ID of a particular swan taxi to wait for. So i approached a swan taxi driver that was in line to take someone, he didnt know how it worked and the trip cost $12 more than quoted on th app

Useless. Doesn't recognise addresses. Drivers don't attempt to contact. Took 25 mins in 40C heat and 4 phone calls to get a taxi. Destination doesn't allow rideshare or would have used that instead.

First time I have used the app and will never use it again! Pre-booked yet taxi showed up half an hour late. What is the point of having the Advance Booking option when on a quiet Sunday night you can't even get a taxi when you order it for. Then they send a driver who has no idea where the hell he is going.

it cost me $33.55 from my home to airport, same travel with uber cost $26.35, act as dumb and some taxi driver will take the advantage of the situation and take you the long route. why can't your drivers take time to enter the destination before even take off on the road, even when the costumer did not book.

Horrible app. Terrible user interface when selecting drop off and pick up points on the map. Unable to find very regular addresses. Do not use

This app is terrible. Cannot make an advanced booking, gets to the last screen and tells you in fantastic English "unsuccess"

I was hoping that this app would save me from waiting ages for an operator but no such luck. I never received any of the codes. Only option is to uninstall it and go back to manual bookings. Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time.

Lodged two scheduled requests, nothing visible in Status screen, can't tell if jobs are logged or not. No fare estimate available despite offering Estimate option, no way to contact customer service via app to discuss problems. App worse than useless as it doesn't seem to do what it says it should.

Book a taxi option does not work, you have to use advance booking. It can't find my home address, either when typed or on the map, and wouldn't make a booking. House is in a well known and established suburb.
