Great app for the most part, few things that could improve usablility, the search function is difficult to navifate, clearing results and filters without closing the app is tough. Im not sure if the individual shops are responsible for updating books but there have been some carry overs from previous weeks on the current weeks list of items. I stopped receiving receipts and notifications in the last few weeks, also not aware of whether thats on the app side or shop side & if it affects rewards.

New design slightly better. However I'm not able to see any of the books on my pull when i go to make orders. Before, I just click on a title & it would already say whether the title was already placed or on auto. It seems the only way to see things is to go to the order history and that's very inefficient to say the least. Was also told that there would be a better way to swap out regular covers for the variants and better control of your pull list. Neither are available. That's disappointing.

So, the concept of this app is fantastic, because the old way of calling in or emailing my pull list requests has proved unreliable. However, I've run into a few issues. For some items, the status on this app is different from that of my LCS. I called my LCS last week to double check the status, and today it's still not matching between my app and their system. Also, the interface could use some work. A compact list view of all my orders with status and release date would be great.

The rebuild of this app is great. Not only does it have its original functionality back but it has been improved to better reflect the website. I can even purchase my pull order, which is a big improvement. I still would like to see the about to edit preorders that are more than two weeks out (for the shop's sake). For example, to be able to cancel orders or runs, or add additional copies of a book, would be helpful. But I can still contact my store for these things which I don't mind.

I really want to like this app, but after initially adding my local store, there is nothing else I can do - no other menus or tabs appear and there are no further actions possible to be taken. in fact it just stays frozen on the screen saying to wait for it to sync and cuts off at the top of the text that reads 'this should take no longer than -' I am also using the latest version, on my Galaxy S8.

Clunky, slow, not user friendly and sometimes my store doesn't get the things I add through the app which means it is easier to just order in person or via email. The most frustrating thing is you cannot order things that aren't in Previews yet so if you see something announced online or whatever you usually can't sign up right away. I love the concept of this app but the execution just isn't good enough yet.

Terrible interface. Missed issues because signing up for a crossover event only gives you the items currently in the system, not the whole event. Issues also don't reliably show up as purchased or available. I wish my local store hadn't switched to this system. I never had any problems before.

Clunky. Doesn't show all available books that are available. Not a good way to look at covers. Can't cancel anything. Can't adjust order after it's submitted. I feel like I am pestering my lcs either emails to fix my orders. The search is really picky and what it returns. If you are a shop,I can't see how this would help your sales

Love the app but I wish there was a little icon or something to show that you previously ordered from a series before. I order a bunch of varient covers but you can't do ongoing with those so each week when I check I sometimes miss issues. Overall awesome app and I love being able to walk into my shop where my comics are just ready for me. My shop says there's a discount code for me but I can never find a place to enter it on the app.

And by the way, the Android app is seriously lacking. If you touch on profile, the app freezes up and you have to shut it down to get it to work again. And I see that all of the customer tools are not listed in the app as to when you go directly to the website from a computer. Just thought I'd share

Every time I try and log in it pretends to load for half a second and nothing happens. I've tried everything I can think of but have never successfully gotten past the profile creation stage.

Works well and connects to my comic shop. However, the app does not update which comics I've order have been purchased and keeps saying they'renon order. Hopefully that gets fixed along with the release dates for the new graphic novels I put on my list.

I would like to be able to cancel subscriptions as well as place them. Also look and feel of the app is quite poor, mixing Material UI elements with some odd custom components.

I have tried signing into my account and even made a new account and I still can't manage to sign in. The app just loads and goes back to the home screen. My BF likes the app but it looks like I won't be using it anytime soon

Literally the worst piece of garbage app. Doesn't not work well with you LCS. Most orders you submit on the app will not get to your comic shop anyway. Just call your show or email them. This app is straight trash. Only thing it is good for is giving you receipts for your purchases. The notifications for your books for the week are never correct. Trash! Don't bother.

I downloaded the app and the next day I get an email saying " because of your previous orders we've subscribed you to these books ". NO! If I want something I'll order it, I don't want the app to do it for me then spam my email. I've deleted it and if the local store says I have to use the app then I'll take my business elsewhere.

The app would be almost perfect if we could cancel subscriptions and the app does NOT show all available variant covers. I have to Google them online and then message my LCS. Makes the app useless

This is the third phone I've downloaded this app on and have never gotten it to work. On this latest attempt I can't even log in because the site will not send me a new password. Forgotten since it's been a while since I tried this app. Forgotten for good reason apparently...

Installed app got to select my LCS but then nothing. Retried four times by closing the app and trying to add my LCS but then nothing more. Uninstalled and reinstalled app didn't fix issue. Samsung 8 with most upto date OS version at this time of this review.

Not sure what you updated. The app is still slow and most times I cant find what I want. Also I can not delete older orders it says deleted but comes right back.

I started to really like this app, seeing all my orders, looking whats coming, but then my app stop showing what's coming the week of, not showing me the other verants, and know I'm missing out on some comic's, do to the app not showing me, even if I put it the search, and I tested out the search with the comic's on my friends app, its slowed him the comic's but my didn't show anything on my cell, is it because my cell is a Android and he's is a iPhone, im ready to stop using this app.

Worthless app. I can't login to the app with the account I already created on their website (and I can still login to their website fine). And if I try to create a new account with my email address it says I already have an account.

AWFUL!! shows me places that are way far from me. like woild take a week to get the recommended stores. i know my local store participates but this app refuses to ping to the correct state not to mention the right city. absolute garbage.

Overall I like it. There are times it's tough to navigate, in particular when first signing in, but once I figured it out, it worked well!
