We are using the COMMaffaires services at work and i have to rely on this app everyday. We have made several calls to customer services reporting issues and bugs about this app and the response has been "we are updating the app as we speak, a release is coming soon" (weeks ago), "well, why won't you use a iPhone instead", etc. The app won't allow me to stay logged in as soon as go out of the app (to copy a phone number from a email, for example). Entering the wrong password 3x will lock you out
Slow, bad connection. I get logged out every 25-30 minutes. I then have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for it to stop logging me out. Must go through this process 1-3 times a week. Would never recommend this app or use it except that I need to for work.
If i could put 0 stars i would. Crashes constantly Tech support never fixes the issue.

If you are thinking about getting TIPN telephones using this app: you'll experience bugs daily with the app and the phone system, you'll get very little support, and when you do get someone to look into a problem, you'll never get any feedback unless you ask for it. Basicly, you'll be a guinea pig. We are coming to regret our decision. Keep missing calls because the app doesn't react quickly enough. Takes 2 or 3 rings before the "answer" button shows up.
