Lots of email notifications and NO option to disable them. A UI that looks like it was designed for kids and not parents. Much, much room for improvement...

Used to work flawlessly, but for some reason I can't download the pdf files now. Also everytime it launches there is a screen saying server is unverified.

I think updating via website or Facebook group is better (and more cost effective?) this app is not intuitive and not user friendly, have to click photo one by one to view (can't swipe left/ right)

An important but poorly designed app. I have several complaints about its performance. Firstly the app size is huge. Secondly the video takes a long time to load and starts playing even when the app is inactive. Needs a lot of improvement to make it useful.
