My location is in Malta. Updated phone after noting that program needs to have QR scanned. However QR scanning from your program does not work and had to use QR scanning program to download from door monitor. Now working better but repeated messages from system saying it is not working. receiving messages 'Server Connection failed' and 'Telephone Service Not running' and this at least ten times a day!!!! And these messages are received even though phone is in same place in the same room of residence and internet is at full power! Hope u can solve this issue.
Horrible app experience, didn't work good from day 1 and they said it was a network problem. Then after nearly a month it worked for a few days and now it's back to square 1. Doesn't even notify me that someone rang the doorbell 🤦♂️ !!! Also I really hate that you need to give permission to all the following, otherwise the app won't even start!! :- Camera, Location, Microphone, Phone and Storage. Definitely the worst Android app that I ever used
When service works, income call comes to smartphone, but it is impossible to answer the call. It works only in open application. Now shows notification 'Telephone service is not running'. Can not use through smartphone or tablet. Local distributor said that server does not work. Can you write your answer in english, please. If you cannot, please use google translator. Thanks.
This app is ok but it is not launching many times when someone use the door bell camera. How to check the outside with intercome door camera to check if someone is outside?
This app sucks. I can't even get the QR code in the wallpad. I feel u stole my money Liars . Never again will I buy a Commax shite product U don't deserve even 1 star. Minus 10 maybe Giovanni After calling the seller a technician came n left the system working again. For a few days n again disconnected . I tried some moves in the app n its working intermittently . Its a shame , cause if this thing worked properly , it would desrve a ten🤔
You don't even deserve 1 star....Cannot believe how bad this app works. Got this thing for one purpose only and its not doing it right.....Make app works locally and remove Commax cloud option you should solve the problem quite easily......
So disappointed with the app!!! Nothing is working for Android users! The App isn't prepared fully, it's written that connection is failed all the time. Can't even do anything with this!! How do you call yourself Hi-Tech company if u don't even design app for Android! Such a shame!!! Very bad job! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I bought the device to open the door from the phone. Unfortunately, the application is always suspended and is not working properly .. disappointed اشتريت الجهاز عشان افتح الباب من الجوال . ولكن للاسف التطبيق يعلق و لا يعمل بشكل صحيح دائما.. شي محبط جداً

last update virgin my mobile disconnected with the device.
When I go to Apps > Monitoring, the app just keeps loading and then stops with an error message. This should not be a big issue to solve. Also, I cannot view the call recordings received from the door camera in Apps > Call List. Could these be updated in future updates please? This app needs to be updated if you want people to keep buying these systems, in fact the last update was a year ago. As currently I cannot recommend this system as it is, to my family and friends. Thank you
