If you aren't a reader of instructions (kind of like me) then getting this app started is a little frustrating. Once I took the time to read ALL the steps, it worked great! Commercial Bank and Trust is the best, most awesome, bank in the entire world.
I am so glad the wonderful lady from the branch I started my simply free checking account in, Donna Walker, was so helpful and give me very detailed instructions before I left on exactly how to sign up for access to mobile banking. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have been able to do it so efforlessly. Thank you!

I have downloaded this app 3 times. I can login on the internet but not in app. Says my acct is not active.

My experience used to be good,but now it won't let me log in. It keeps telling me my password is invalid, I have had the same password for years with no problems. Now it will not allow me to log in. I have tried to Uninstaller and reinstall it which didn't work. I don't think I will be using the app anymore. I don't know what happened. Highly disappointed.
