First it was the end of August, then the end of September, and now it's over a week into October and the app is still being updated. Why couldn't these updates have been done over the summer? It's college app season! People need to use this Right Now! Common App is a great platform but the execution of this is very poor. There are some deadlines for EA and ED due in 3 weeks. We're all disappointed.
Message telling me that changes are being made and that they would be back by mid October. It is mid October now, and I am still getting this message, the app won't let me sign or do anything productive. Stuck using only the web version on my phone, which isn't great
Hey Common App! Thank you for fixing the scrolling issue from the last update. I am a first year freshman in Florida (Class of 2020, HS Graduate in May 2020) and I still can't do anything productive on the app because the app only show tutorials, can't really do anything except know who are my recommeders, and what application (Either Regular, EA) along with Name of Colleges I'm looking at on the app. Thank you for the help and I update again when the issue is fixed.
The app doesn't let me login and asks me to come back on August 1st while it is clearly past that date. I'd appreciate if this could be fixed ASAP Edit: still the same and it's end of September
Upon downloading the app, frustrated to learn that it is unavailable until the end of September as developers are working on updates. Updates would ideally have been completed by the August 1st opening date of the Common App.
This is ridiculous the app doesnt allow you to sign it. I have an account I thought I forgot my password so I changed it and it keeps telling me to enter a valid email address and password. A large company like CommonApp should be able to have a working mobile app and it seems like Im not alone.
The mobile phone website for the transfer common app was buggy and would not allow me to select a program so I downloaded this app, but it does not support transfer applicants. Either fix your website for make this app usable by all applicants.
I'm trying to create a account and the site don't let me. I did everything correctly, filled all the required information, but the button "create my account" don't get blue and don't let me create the account. Can someone help me?
Hasn't updated in over a year. This creates problems. In addition, the app doesn't support transfer students. Disappointment.
I am not able to even create an account. I believe because I'm a transfer student, and based on a few reviews that have the same problems as I do. Really disapointing

The app doesn't let me sign in although I can perfectly sign in through my web browser. The app tells me to come back on August 1st but it's already past thar date. Please fix this
The app is still offline even though it says that the CommonApp will be available by the end of September. It is now October and still no luck.
It's September 19th already but the app is not letting me sign in. It works perfectly in the browser though. Kindly resolve the issue.
This app helps me choose which universities to apply to and figure out their deadlines for applying. It makes me feel prepared for my future.
Its not allowing me to log in and I really need this app. I've changed my password more than a few times and it still says incorrect
I was not able to log in despite the password and username being correct. Immediately uninstalled.
Can't do anything. Not a single thing. I can login, but I can't even answer college questions or work on the writing supplements.
Remember Transfer students like me would highly appreciate if you made it accessible for us. Please work on that. This is really useful tool.
The app does not accept login credentials for transfer students, will appreciate if something is done about that.

I reached out support and they said that this app has been abandoned. It is currently stuck in pre-roll over.
This app an excellent opportunity for students who want to study aboard so it's a fascinating app
you should not need to stop service to an app in order to perform updates
i love this app. it helps me to fill my forms easily. just i want to ask one thing ,if my school doesn't provide a gpa then what gpa should i provide in the application form. should i convert my percentage into gpa and give or should i leave that space?
When will this app be updated? It's showing that we will come back on August 1, but it's September 20 already. Please update it soon
I can't log in on the app but when I'm using the computer I'm able to log in. Please help
So the log in issues that people are having are due to the fact that this app does not support the "Common Application for Transfer" and will only try to log you into the original "Common Application" which is for students fresh out of High School. Due to that major oversight and the lack of knowledge regarding this issue by customer service, I must unfortunately rate this app with a single star. On that note though, the people I spoke with were responsive and did do their best to try and figure out what was wrong, even though they couldn't help in the end.
