This app is terrible. Unintuitive design, unresponsive buttons and a surprise registration screen right before checkout for food really detracts from the experience. The average of 1.4 stars more or less tells you everything you need to know. This is unnecessary in every sense of the word and a complete waste of time to download, much less use on a regular basis. Also, why not incorporate a QR code reader into the app in the first place? WHO THE HELL DESIGNED THIS, AN INTERN?!

The app was okay at first, I could order but when I tried to check out, it said my camera wasn't working even though it's perfectly fine. I had to randomly press around the blank screen to type in things. Even when typing, the screen is blank and I can't see the words so I have no idea what I am typing. Wasted 20 minutes of my time. Hope there will be improvement.

Not user friendly at all. Not a lot of information is given to help user, especially while signing up. A lot of guess and checks needed to order (e.g. doesn't say that you have to swipe left to delete an order, or swipe right to start using the app). Other than that, great app

Very user-unfriendly app. Did not indicate that in order to delete an item off your order, you have to swipe left. The colour of the font in the comments box is also in white, same colour as the background, had to highlight the sentence to see if comments were there correctly (which the staff overlooked anyway) Struggling for 20 mins just to make a simple order. Nearly walked out until the staff came over and assisted. They really need to review this app to stop losing anymore business.

The user interface is not the least bit user friendly. You can almost see nothing with no clear instructions nor indications. The fonts are the same colour as the background. It feels like the user experience was not taken into consideration. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Downloaded the app to order at Pastamania. But when I launch the app, it only shows a blank black screen and nothing else. My phone is updated and runs on Android 10, so it's definitely a problem with the app.

Totally trash. App not listed in "complete action list" despite granting camera permission. Tried key in the table number manually, but cannot see my entries at all. Submitted base on faith, to reach the credit card page. And when I reach there, cannot even see the complete form to fill up my cc details.

Hoping for varieties of companies/restaurants to join so no need wait and queue. Quite good selection of food but cannot cancel unwanted food. And when you clicked the food you wanted, there's a section for special instructions, below it got a box, I clicked it and it says yes/no. No directory of what it is used for. Also, to sign up is troublesome. :/ Bad. End result: you got your food. The payment sign-up is troubling too. Unclear directions and instructions.

cannot see the fonts needed to key in details. had to key in a date. I assume it was my birthdate. had to key in my credit card details and the expiry date options couldn't even be seen. terrible. might as well go to the counter. app is utter garbage.

Trash interface, I should not have to install an app, scan the QR only to realize it's just the table number, and then log in through Facebook just to order a friggin' pasta. Totally ridiculous. There are other places where you just scan the QR and it takes you to a web app for instant orders. That's how it should be.

Was at Pastamania last evening and was advised by the staff that order can be done via this app (seems there's some ongoing promo if you order here instead of the conventional way)... But after installating the app, can't even open it. Worse, it froze on a blank black screen that I had to restart my phone a few times.

This app is barely functional. The search bar does not work, the fillable boxes are not visible and the qr code scanner requires you to download another app. If not for the 10% cash rebate, I would rather walk to the counter to order. Is this the standard you plan to uphold?

Useless app. When it comes to scanning the table number, the QR code scanner doesnt work. Wasted time downloading this app. Order at the counter is so much faster. We ended up not ordering anything at all and moved to another restaurant.

There's no menu now at pastmaina and the only way to access it is apparently through the app as suggested by the staff. However, the app cannot even open and it just shows a white screen and crashes my phone. Please improve on the software, it sucks.

I was about to make payment for the order, but i got stuck at the credit card part where i had to key in my card particulars. There was no section for me to type in the expiry date of the card so i was not able to process the payment. Was very disappointed as I thought of wanting to skip the queue as it was very long.

Completely unusable. When signing up for an account, the app does not tell you what to fill in. When trying to checkout, it keeps telling me my camera is not working (even though i used camera to check in via safe entry) and i was not able to order through it.

waste of time. they are promoting to use it hut the interface is really bad. white inputbox with thite background makes it invisible i can't evenbsee the card expiration part i have to tap on my screen and guess where it is. you'll starve before you can order. 🤬

Suddenly stopped working 4 months ago after android update. Its just shows black screen whenever I open the app. I have tried uninstalling and re installing it many times, but it just doesn't work.

The app is very design. First the cart have no instructions on how to delete item. Second the app loading is very slow. Third the combo options are not obvious on how user can order it. Fourth the registration is misleading,!

There is a big issue with your software development. The app was not stable to begin with. Following a long period of maintenance on your previous app. You decided you need to re develop your app and on this new app it can't load at all. Even your staff told me that your old app is problematic. What's the use of encouraging us to use new ways of ordering when it does not work.

Had to download this app because pastamania was not offering physical menu, however, the app couldn't even open and crashed the moment i tried to open (my screen just turned black entirely). MAJOR improvements needed.

Keeping needing to update this app! Uses up so much of my data To other users: you can delete items in your cart, you have to swipe left. Lousy interface design, not intuitive at all. Should just implement a bin button to delete cart items zzz

Hit error when trying to scan code. Cannot remove items from the cart. Second time trying to use this app. Was hoping it would have improved but still remains unusable.

This is the worst app in the world to order food. The various restaurants using this app is better off just having a cashier to receive orders. The text for most of the information for u to fill in your details are white on white bg. Knox trips when opening up the camera. And if you want to fill in the details manually, you can't find the manual entry option cause everything is white. Stupid design made by stupid people and can't be bothered to even keep the app usable.

Terrible app. This app is the definition of the worst app ever. If you want to create world's most horrible app, please refer to this app. After spending 10 mins sitting at the table trying out the app, ended up going to the counter to order. Deleted the app already. Sheesh. Wasted my data and 10 mins + 5 mins (writing this review) of my life that is gone forever.

Horribly slow app, every option you choose it loads for atleast 10 seconds and before you send the order they make you Facebook login, load for 5 minutes then you think you're done and you press scan QR code, it loads for 5 minutes, but instead of a camera you get a god damn form to fill up all your personal details. I got up and bought the food myself.

The app is still not optimised. The background is white but the description or labels are white as well, making users unable to fill the the necessary details.

White on white text for input fields, app doesn't tell you how to delete order from cart, literally had to google how to. Crashed when i clicked on the search bar. Forced me to download a qr scanner app just to determine table number. Would rate 0 stars if i could.

Doesn't work well on the S10+. Can't see the input fields and makes it hard to use. Also it's crazy to only allow you to order for take away 30 minutes in advance. The coffee houses make the coffee immediately anyway.

The UI is soooo bad, cannot accept Android Pay (incorrect merchant), payment screen doesn't show Expiry and Year options, you just have to click all over screen to figure where they will be 😅
