Very clean and fast navigation and it's so easy to use like transfer between member or personal accounts, I've used it for 2 years and the only problem I've had is it saved the password wrong. I also like the fact that credit card and debit card management is another app by itself and it's not a clutter mess like BoA app.
App failed to install numerous times, I had to go into branch on my only day off. For some unknown reason at the branch, the app finally downloads. A teller steps me through the extensive (way too long) setup process, when I finally get it setup, all my brand new passwords and access codes failed. This was a complete waste of time.
Convienance plus, this app saves me a trip to the credit union once a week. The app works well, just need to take a decent photo when depositing checks - I think most people can do that. Easily check your bank stats and be at ease. Thank you CommonWealth Credit Union.
App terminates before showing first screen, on 2 different Android phones: Sony Xperia X1 and Samsung J7. Both phones are running Android 8.0 (Oreo). The app used to work on my older phone. Probably some incompatibility with latest Android version.
At the main page, there is now a huge additional logo/greeting just below the existing logo/name up top. It's taking up so much space, I have to scroll to bottom to see all my accounts - definitely degrades ease of use. 1⭐ for sacrificing usability over eye-candy(if you can call it that).
The App has not opened or loaded correctly in weeks. I have to use the web browser for it to come up. even after uninstalling and adding it back.
While I'm not generally happy to be forced to update an app and was leary of this particular update due to minimal memory, storage space, and a recent negative review I read, I'm pleased to report it works well (at least for now)!
Great app! I use it all the time and it has its problems but the app always fixes bugs fast I recommend this app if you like to see what's going on with your bank account
Great customer service on the app messaging center. Andwhen you cant go into the actual bank its great for handling everything on your own aswell.
Apps broken. commonview is broken. desktop version is broken. literally no way to view a statement.
every time, I have to uninstall then install the app. just for it to work once.
App stops as soon as I open it so it is unusable to me.

Came here today (6/1/20) to update app and saw the reviews I had not seen since '18. My app has worked phenomally well throughout the years. So, not sure why others haven't, but it could be on your end. Photo/deposit has been great for me as well. Maybe the only thing Im not a fan of is Bill Pay/"Pop Money". Don't like how it tried to get a person I was gonna send to signed up on their system, not nice. Been a member since 1986, I wouldn't even think about leaving for any other bank/CU.
interface is sufficient for my needs (use mainly for checking balance, transferring between my accounts)
Beyond bad
This new app is so easy to use. I'm surprised people gave it any negative reviews... all I had to do was read the multiple emails CommonWealth had sent detailing how to properly log on from the conversation and it was a piece of cake. Wonderful app
App completely crashes on Android Oreo 8.1. Worthless and now impacts my ability to do business (i.e. mobile check deposit, etc.). Fix or lose my business.
It doesn't work I've had to change my password 3 times in 20min just to get to my information, apparently it can't authenticate my member number and the password to log me in, but soon as I hit "forgot my password" and rest my password I gain access. Stupid! At least the old one worked.
No able to log in after making a log in. I have to now go online in order to update my accounts. Very frustrating.
The app works great IF you paid attention to ALL of the communications that Commonwealth has been emailing and posting online for the last 6 weeks! I downloaded the app and logged in without issue. :-)
So frustrated with this app and just attempting to login to my account from any device. Apparently I am locked out and even customer service doesn't know how to fix this problem??
I had so much trouble trying to do a mobile check deposit. The first app was better, it ACTUALLY let you do a mobile deposit
pictures taken with mobile deposit are always blurry. The only way to get them clear is to take the picture from farther away, but then you risk your picture being rejected for being too small. I've had two deposits now accepted and then later on rejected because the picture wasn't clear because it was blurry. However, the picture is completely in focus and as soon as I hit the "take picture" button it goes super blurry.
