The app does what it's supposed to, but after last update there's a few issues. I putting your password quickly leaves it breafly legible to the world around you to see. I don't use it in public places much but sometimes I check my balance before purchasing something. I could use my finger print but that is another issue. After so long the app says there's been changes to the stored fingers on device and must re-enroll. That is super annoying. Those 2 things MUST be fixed!

Who ever designed this app and the banks online system should be fired and never be allowed to touch a computer ever again. This is a train wreck. This is about as bare bones as it gets. Completely unused friendly with constant verifications and lacking the ability to see any of the important information required to any banking. The design and functionality takes me back to old HTML Someone needs to take as serious lesson from USAA.

I never leave a one-star review but I have to right now. This app is awesome and I love it so much but I absolutely hate the constant issues it's having. The fingerprint scanner constantly resets itself and won't let me use it and now my mobile deposits aren't working. Please fix these issues this is totally unacceptable for a banking app.

It's a shame. I love CCU but this seriously the worst banking app I've ever used. It rarely works and features are always broken. It's honestly been a smoother experience for me to go through the chrome browser over this headache.

Mobile Deposit is one of the most important features in a banking app. For the second time this month, everytime I try mobile deposit, it says I am not "eligible." the first time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and mobile deposit worked again. The second time, no luck.

After every update I have to sign back in, verify, check email and verify again with a code and then set my settings back to allow me to use my biometrics. Way too many hoops to jump through just to check my account. Update: 8/24/21 After the last update today I am unable to even log into my account and had been locked out. After calling them you get hung up on after a message that says we are experiencing technical difficulties goodbye.

The UI is nice but it feels slow with almost no integration with Android 10 gestures. The main bummer is that my Pixel 4 XL uses face unlock as it's only form of biometric unlocking which this app does not support making me type my 20 character password every time I open the app

This app has got my balances all screwed up and I don't even know how. I trust it to keep up with my transactions just like a bank app should and it has failed miserably. With my total balance showing over 400 and my available balance showing 130 I try to get a drink out of a vending machine and im declined. I try multiple times and all decline even though I'm looking at my account and seeing money. I go to the atm at work and somehow my balance is -200 dollars and I cant even tell why.

Update made it impossible to login in to my account. Really considering changing banks just because of this update. I work where I can't have my phone on me and by the time I'm off work the bank is closed. Which makes things 10 times worse for me.

I liked when the app would tell me when I get the other half of my check, which you guys hold a day or two longer depending if I make like $20-$30 more than usual. Telling us when our check clear is an awesome tool that helps Bill planning and your app USED to do that, but not anymore and thats why yall get one star

Their update made it worse and the mobile check cashing system decides not to work all the time. You will have to call outside of member service hours because they don't have even the slightest trace of a bot set up.

After updating to Android 9.0 the app is now broken. And yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And the error says that I need to reboot the phone and that doesn't work either.

Not a very good app it doesn't show your transactions or anything I give it a thumbs down someone needs to do something better with this one so that you can actually see what's going on with your card in your account instead of just the balance

Will give 5 stars when the developer names the app something besides "Go Mobile". The name gives no clue that it belongs to CCU. In my app list, I have to look for the icon. Maybe try "CCU Mobile" or something actually relevant.

Since the update I am unable to transfer money to my cash app account. The new update shows all my account balances which is too much. I have a secret account for a reason. Very disappointed in this update.

Since the update, every few days I have to request a one time pin to verify my device. It now says I have 3 devices of the 6 allowed registered when I only have 1 phone.
