Mobile check deposit very error prone. I had to keep trying again and again - many times it failed on the last step! Finally it went through, but not without much frustration. Honestly I don't care about any other features. If the app was nothing more than a super reliable check deposit, I'd give it 5 stars!
The phone system at Cofcu is absolutely horrible. No one ever answers. Plus, the phone will disconnect while you're waiting to talk to someone. My new debt card wasn't working even after it was activated. The pin # was also not working, so I couldn't use the ATM. The cofcu used to be good, but it seems they haven't kept up with the times. Even the coin machine is always broken.
This CU app is terrible. I can't do anything but transfer within the system. Not to mention, the CU has my card linked to my savings instead of my checking. Also, transactions are not being posted. Therefore, if you forget a purchase it can cost you big because it has not posted. Not a good look...
Has an security issue on android 10 "automated click programs". Tried on older android 7 that used to work and get error. This is something the developer did since it appears to be the app itself and must be fixed.
Has not worked on my phone since the app updated 6/23/21. Called the credit union about issue and haven't heard back as of today 6/30/21. Update, I called the credit union on 7/12/21, and they informed me that their IT department is aware of the issue and are working on a solution. One star deduction.
sometimes the app will be slow, sometimes it is quick. The slow down seems random. otherwise, its a good app.
Excellent experience so far...l have used this app since April 2021....very easy to navigate and great for general online banking.

Being able to deposit a check through the app is a GREAT addition! Especially when you do not have a shared branch in your area. Big help!
This App used to be great, it's now having a technical bug problem. I have to now physically go my laptop to their website to login to check on account balances.
Excellent. Now if only they will stick with this user interface and NOT change it every six months like everyone else does, I'll be happy
Well, you can download the app but it won't work! App closes every time!!! This is a great inconvenience for those of us that don't have an IPhone!!! Not good for your business!
Good banking app, never have any trouble with it, transfers are easy to use and view.
It's been another year and I still love the COFCU! app! Being able to effectively manage my accounts 24/7 makes my credit union even better!
Love the Bank and the App! super easy to stay up to date with account activity, and mobile deposits are a breeze!
Constantly telling you it can't process and to check your credentials or call their number (and their call center is rude and hateful) fix your stupid app.

I had no problem with this app till the cards was changed . Now it will not even open
Last update was in May 2018 and now I need to update it again. I don't have enough space fpr updates

So, because the office is closed for the holiday the app doesn't work??? Trying to check my balance but for the 2ND time the app is not working. Only issue this time is the offices are closed so I can't verify that there is an issue AGAIN. Tried verifying by calling to use automated service but it keeps saying that my account/pin information is incorrect when it is not. This is what happened the first time there was an issue. Have shopping to do but can't verify balance!! This is ridiculous!!!
