Tried to open the app today for the first time since the most recent update and it failed with the following message. "Application violated security policies and will be shut down. [1839:BFF2]" Then it force closes itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same error message. Running it on Samsung S20+.
Works perfectly for my banking needs. The interface is extremely user friendly. *Edit* The latest update has completely disabled the app. It keeps saying that it violates security policies and shuts down. No good as it is. Fix the bugs because it was great🙁
Used to love this app. Now cannot open it, just get a blank white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled today...still having same problem. What's up???? 4/17/22 was working ok the day after last review until today. Error messages saying can't validate account, then got on site, then 5 min later site unable to validate info again.
This app hardly ever works. It's always having issues opening. When you can get it open and working, the features are great.
Finally updated to fix security policy issues. Works similar to before but with some weird screen pauses and jumps when scrolling. Minor annoyance at this point.
When it works it's great. But more times than not, it just spins or closes on it's own. I've had to delete and re-download it several times. And it doesn't work for days every time it needs an update.
This app worked great for about five months. Now it suddenly doesn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but i still have literally nothing. When I open it, all I get is a blank white screen.
I like the app, and it's good at what it does. Unfortunately, it's lacking in a lot of features other banking apps have like depositing checks over the app and whatnot.
This app is hot garbage, resets your fingerprint login and freezes up then says unavailable when trying to reset. Happens many times so I'm pulling my money out
By in large a great App, there can always be improvemnts. The only thing that is annoying about this app, is the security. I constantly i have to get a new code to log in.
I like that I can do practically everything in it. Love that it lets you know when it will be down/unavailable due to maintenance with a date it will happen and time range on said date.
Looks like I might need to look into refinancing since I can't pay my car loan anymore, Because the app is broken And if you're working for the company and about to suggest your website or your app the convenience is the most important thing
App no longer works on most recent update. It boots to a white screen and hangs there.
It must have had a recent update. I can hardly ever get in, it keeps erasing my log in info then won't accept it when I re-enter it. Online banking never works on the weekends. It is always down and says I am locked out but magically come Monday it works again. This makes it very hard to check balances and pay bills. Surely the system doesn't have a new update every.single.night.
After being pestered to update the app, I finally did but now it won't open and crashes continuously
Overall app is good. But sometimes it wont let me log on. Another problem i have experienced is when i use my card it will show it pending and the pending amount, the next day the transaction will be completely gone and it changes my balance back to before the purchase!!! Then the following day or so it will reappear processed. Which is fine, i just dont understand why it disappears for a day or two. Its not all transactions thankfully. Just wish it wouldnt do that!!
Can't open due to security violation. Emailed the developers and they block external traffic.
Was working till update. Please fix it. Will not even allow me to access the log in screen.

Seems like they do not have the right people to support this app. It crashes or the server becomes unavailable all the time. Right now it won't even load without crashing. There's no tech support either. For a company this big it shouldn't be such an unreliable app. Update 1/3/2020 I haven't been able to view my account for two days with the server connection error, now I can log in but clicking into any account gives 'error occurred' ...
I can pay our loan through the app. It's great!
I'd give less stars but am hopeful they will fix app. After recent update it wont work at all

Great app until latest update says app violates security policy and shuts down. Please fix.
This is the worst app. It worked for a month, I called after it stopped letting me log in. They reset my password and it hasn't worked since. Oh and the forgot your password is never working. I hate this app. so. so. much. I didn't forget my password/UN it just stopped letting me log in. I haven't used it in over a year, tried to log in and still doesnt work. I never "rate" apps but this one works so poorly, I figured I'd make an exception. 👎

Have a Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android 8.0 the CFCU app will not load. Worked fine before this last update. All I get is a white screen and it won't open any further. I've tried all their steps to reset, 3 times, to get this to work without success. Hopefully they get this fixed soon. I know the developer is working on it. Update 4/5/22: Still waiting for this to get fixed. Update 5/3/22: It's Now Fixed, I can make Deposits. THANK YOU!!!
