Very annoying to use because of how many bugs are in it. Trying to make 4 minute messages in a timely manner is hard enough when you tend to go over the time limit most of the time but also when trying to cut the message back to make things fit and make sense the record button just doesnt work after cutting so i need to start all over again and remember exactly what i said. And thats only 1 out of the dozons of bugs i find. Just an absolute buggy mess of an app! Why would i keep paying for this.

Like everyone else has mentioned there is alot of room for improvement. I'm keeping this brief, they can reach out for specifics if they choose. I've been a software quality assurance analyst in the past so I know well QA'd software/apps and ones that are released far to soon especially with a high price tag. No excuses when you charge as much as you do and don't put it through its paces correctly in the beta process. Same for the web interface with having to record an audio outside their UI.

Upgrading my review to 4 stars! They fixed a bunch of issues I was having since they did some updates. Customer service is amazing. Now, only thing I would suggest that would make it 5 stars is the ability to use my voice assistant to open/close/play/respond/record/add people without having to touch it while driving or doing other things. I use my earbuds all the time and this would be a massive benefit.

Please stop trying to update this app. Every time you do, it gets worse. The current autosorting is terrible, because the moment I click on a message, it gets moved to the bottom of my inbox, being marked as "read" and it is very difficult to find again. The autoplay feature doesn't work when the inbox re sorts itself, (autoplay also jumps down to the messages I've already heard and re loops them). Please restore the earlier version, stop trying to update, make it easier to contact about errors.

Good app but when listening to audios it stops in the middle if my screen happens to shut off and then starts again about 10 to 15 seconds later. Same thing also happens in I the car. in order to fix it quicker I have to open the phone back up and be inside the app. And also I get connectivity errors while listening to audio sometimes but the audio will keep playing even though the messages popping up. Also adding a option to sort your messages to how you please would be great as well vs tags.

The app developers seem to favor Apple users because the Android seems to always have glitches or bugs. There are times it won't record and I have to push record multiple times to get it to work. My business partners sometimes don't get my messages. I feel they are trying to improve it, but with each update comes new problems. For what I pay for the app I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth.

During auto-play next, after the screen blacks out, I'm constantly told that the app has lost communication with the server, and playback stops and doesn't start back up until I unlock my phone. This is an absolute pain when I'm trying to clear my Kates, and constantly have to unlock my phone to do so. Everything else I would happily deal with if this one thing were fixed. Honestly, I wish we could just use Voxer. But I'll build my business with Communikate since that's what WWG uses.

First order of business is the Bluetooth option does not work what so ever so its a big hassle having to go from bluetooth to not to back to Bluetooth just to send a kate. When 5 seconds back button, it goes back almost the whole kate with the audio but the time clock still is at the same spot. When you click on the info button for one of the kates it will open the wrong kate but still be playing the original kate audio.

Auto play doesn't work at all on my phone, it would be SO NICE to be able to organize saved messages into folders so that they would be easier to access. Also to be able to have more than 200 messages between inbox and saved would be amazing!

Honestly, this service is way overpriced for what it is. Every smartphone these days can create a voice message within a text. Having a group text conversation using only voice texts would be just as effective and not cost $30/month. It's very disorganized. Users should be able to categorize a message before they send it out, (e.g., testimonials, reflections, board plans, etc.) Each could be filed to the appropriate folder upon receipt. Make it better or make it cheaper.

This is a good app. Great way to stay in touch and up-to-date. This also helps you maintain a positive outlook and attitude. This does need some organizational options and an ability to search for a specific message you saved (which is why i didn't give it 5 stars) bit overall great app.

I loved the notification tone they had earlier, I tried reinstalling and tried older versions, can't get it to come back, please bring back the communikate notification tone. Everything else works great!

I have not had a good experience with this app (Android phone). I hope they fix all the bugs and glitches with it because we pay quite a bit to have something that doesn't work. It freezes all the time and auto play won't work often. App won't even open for me today. So disappointing.

Absolutely necessary tool allowing effective communication with business partners. Improvements I would like to see: 1. Automatic Playback of Kates in chronological order recieved option. 2. The ability to edit/modify tags once created 3. Bug fixes needed for better entering text on Android.

I recently switched from ios to android, and its much more difficult to use. Audios don't auto play and it's tricky to see descriptions sometimes because the background photo will be too light. I love the app but just isn't up to par with the ios version.

Does not work well on Android. This is expensive and I'll prefer a whatsapp chat group. It does not autoplay, keep talking about connectivity issues which I have to open the app for. Major this is out plays a Kate and stop, I have to open the phone to change it so I can't do other stuff in between listening to this stupid app

This is a really good way to keep in touch with your job members and inspire people and keep in touch just leave a message like so easy a little pricey but it's worth it and it's very very inspiring I love it I've had it for eight months and totally love it and so if you're lonely or single I mean to keep in touch with people this is the app to do it especially with coronavirus nowadays....lol. but remember this is all about positivity

Love this app. So many improvements over the years. Recently, though, I have not been getting notifications when I have Kates, I check the notifications on the app, it says they are all on, I check the notifications on my phone it says it's all on, but when I open my kate in the morning I have Kates, but I never got any notifications of receiving them.

I have yet to be able to cancel this subscription cost and end services as the company continues to pull money from my account and provides no option to cancel. Their website claims a subscription cancellation is in the Account settings, but after searching for hours I have not found it. I have reached out to my own bank for help after their so-called customer service did nothing, and their FAQ tells people not to email them about cancellations.

Kate Support is not very good, it's really bad customer service that they don't even respond to comments here. if it wasn't a WWG apo, they would have went out of business. i have had issues with Kate on 3 different phones now going back to a Nexus 2 and I'm now on a G6. The same exactly issue head followed me phone to phone. i do not get a large portion of my Kate's, i have to keep exciting and restarting the app to even see 1/2 of my Kate's and most of the time they still don't show up.
