Worst. Banking. App. Ever. It's so slow it's pathetic, even connected to WiFi. It goes through constant loops when your trying to do anything except check your balance making sure it's an unpleasant experience all around, it's full of glitches and errors and regardless of what I'm trying to accomplish 99 times out of 100 I end up having to go to the bank because the app glitches out and couldn't do what it's supposed to do. Junk.

I do nooooooooottttt like the new app. It's much slower loading and the graphics look as if c1st has taken a step backward, not forward with an "update". The new organization of tasks doesn't make sense: why is transfer in the right corner? Why isn't in the left corner/menu with other tasks?! It's a shame banking customers have no options. To switch apps, I will have to switch banks. I am VERY disappointed!

Trash app. Already was setup online and had to setup this trash with a password more than what the website calls for. It changed my password on the website and still would not work. Said I needed to create again. Did twice. Still didn't work. Contacted and stupid person said it can't change the password on the website which is BS because it did

Mobile deposit has never worked, it takes a picture of the front of the check and then just bounces back to the login page. There is nothing else it does that can't be done easier on a pc.

Love the app, easy to use for most everything. What I dislike is it doesnt give me a good discription of my transactions. For example lets say I go to McDonalds, I dont write my transactions down until I balance my checkbook and that transaction may say just MC. I dont know what MC stands for. Sometimes it may just say debit and a amount. So if you go on vacation and dont put your transactions in till you balance your checkbook you are going to have trouble finding out where the debits went to.

Easy to use, clean user interface. Mobile check deposit is simple and nearly automatic. Overall, no complaints!

Useful for check deposit but unfriendly view to see transactions. Also only works half the time you try to use it. Always disconnected from the server.

Pretty intuitive but doesn't show pictures of deposited checks. I think that's a C1st issue though. Their website doesn't either.

I do most of my banking from home and from a Wi-Fi connection. It works every time. It's fast and easy (once you know how to navigate through each area.)

When you pay a bill it drops to bottom of history list. It should be reversed, last bills paid should be in order from top of list to oldest at bottom of list

very slow loading when trying to look at your payment history sometimes it takes 3 min to load. If not for that I would give it a 5 star.

Sometimes you have to click a few times to get the checking account transaction history to load. Other than that, it is really very handy!

Cannot even get through login stage. Won't load all the way and freezes everytime I submit my member number. I love their website but this does not work.

This was absolutely the best app at showing you step by step on how to deposit your check. Who would of believed 15 yrs ago just how far technology has come. Thank you for given this elderly woman a way to get my business taken care of without ever having to leave my home.

The app works well for me to view all balances, all transactions, to transfer money between accounts, to deposit checks, and to pay bills for free.

I have never had any problems with this app When i want to know if a check has gone through or if i want to know how much on my loan is left its all right there. Its Accurate and never fails me in anyway

Fairly rudimentary but it does have a quick view function. Would be nice if I could link external accounts.

I can only log in a fraction of the time. I can't even get to the log in page. I get a error message that says cannot connect to server

This is worthless! Dont waste your time. Downloaded to find out some info. You cant sign in. Worst app ever that doesnt work.

Only complaint is it doesnt let you access pending deposits. Otherwise great!

Saves time and money when l can confirm my spending and transfer money by phone. Easy to deal with when I'm working or on the road.

This bank pays more interest on checking account, 1 st $500./1.51% . And savings. Comunity 1st CU - Gave me more credit limit than Vystar did (who I was with 9 yrs). Even though I am on SS. Love this bank 🥰 and if you get up to 5 people to join you can get $25 or $50 referral fee for each person.

Everything is there easy to use and transfer funds. Great app. Proud i switched and became a C1st member
