The most limited banking app on the internet. Drastically in need of updated and expanded functionality. D-
Images look nice, however Samsung S10, default keyboard, will not stay open for me to log in. I click on username, the keyboard pops up and immediately goes away. I have attempted in normal mode as well as forced landscape to see. This is the same issue I have when I tried the tablet version on this phone. S7 Active is the same result. Please contact me if you have a beta version we can get working right. Retired and available anytime. :)
Okay app, basic functionality. I was able to login (Pixel 3XL). Access to bank functions is basic; I can view my transactions, and there are menu options to transfer funds and pay Euro bills. It's a simple interface, but it works.
Absolute trash user interface, unable to really do anything (like add new payees). Look at literally any other banking app and just copy that. It's not that hard. Fix yourself. I pray for the day I no long have to use this terrible banking service. It's been absolute garbage through and through. That being said the Bank Tellers in real life are always lovely.
I cannot enter my user name since it won't let my keyboard stay open long enough to enter anything. No problem entering password but pretty useless without a user name to go with it. What's the point of having an app you cannot use? The tablet app works but will not rotate so is hard to use but at least it works.
The app worked okay first few times, the layout needs an overhaul. Now now it won't even let me log on. I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app. Both are ineffective.
One of the worst mobile banking apps known to man. Always issues for almost a year I couldn't log in to the app had to use the desktop version on my phone. Always have weird maintenance hours during the middle of the dang day, or outages where you can't sign in. Of course its A DoD bank so its little effort put into this app. Compared to a Navyfed, Andrewsfcu, or serviceCU this app is at the very bottom of the list. App stinks, and user interface trash!
The layout could be better. Pending payments and most recent activity should display at the top of the list when viewing account's. The remember user name at login doesnt work. Access to more account features through the app would be nice.
App opens but I try to input my information and keyboard comes up quickly then disappears. I used autofil and said request cant be completed. App used to work. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled.
This app is horrible and no where close to being as good as other banking apps. It's been 2 years and still horrible!
Username and password fields do not allow proper keyboard function on Android. I was able to paste the data. Would be great if app also included two factor authentication or bio authentication.
No running balance, only changes are seen. App dropped both my accounts, same as website. Service Credit Union is looking like a good option.
The app doesn't let you sign in. I got as far as the security question but got an error that said to try to sign in again. I was able to use the website succesfully after failing with this. -Pixel 4
The online banking of this bank in general needs an improvement. I have to call customer service every month to pay bills in Europe. I log in to this banking only once a month to pay bill, and It always says user account locked or call customer service etc.
App doesn't work at all. I've un-installed and re-installed several time. Won't event me log in. It says "unable to complete request"
Absolute worst banking app on Earth. I think North Korea Federal Credit Union has a better app than this thing. The app now always says "unable to process request" Terrible terrible app and also a horrible bank to have to use while here in Europe.
Very unstable app. Too many bugs, too few functions. Crashes or has errors frequently.
app was working before the last update. I uninstalled and reinstalled it as bank help asked me to do and it still doesn't work.
Please fix this. Ever since the last update I have been unable to login with my credentials even though they work on the desktop website.
over charged exchange rates. I also get my own username and password denied constantly. being overseas I'm forced to use this bank to pay my rent. I genuinely hope this bank goes out of business and a competent one takes its place.
Unable to log in through app, but still able to login on desktop. Major issue caused by last patch.
CAN'T EVEN LOG ON TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCE! YES...MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD ARE CORRECT CAUSE I CAN LOG ON USING THE DESKTOP COMPUTER! THIS APP IS A JOKE!!!
One of the worst banking mobile apps, i have ever used. Going from Navy Federal app to this app is night, and day. This app is poorly put together, but i guess i should of known better its the DoD.
This app is slow, and is like mobile banking back in 2011. Its not the best but it works
Can't even login, every time I click the user the keyboards pops up for a second and then minimizes.
Works well. Very fast. Only thing missing for me is option to add payee.

This app was terrible for awhile. It did very little, was slow, and was extremely unreliable, but with the recent update, it is MUCH better. It's almost as functional as the full website (can do Euro bill pay, etc.), and at least so far, it's fast and reliable. Very good work on the update.
