Getting better! Used to be very little you could do with the app, but it's been making vast strides toward greatness. I'm looking forward to what they do with it in the future. Down side is the mobile deposit check limit. Haven't had a paycheck under the limit in years, still have to go to the local branch to deposit my checks. Minor inconvenience, as they're only a few miles away.

Needs work. U can do alittle but with the app but not like other banking apps. Also you cant use google pay, samsung pay, or mobile wallet because the bank doesnt allow it which is crazy . Its not very user friendly when it comes to sending money person to person either. And alot of the time it doesnt work when i try to login the app says my username or password is incorrect when i know for a fact it isnt . I wish they would update the app and fix these issues but i doubt they will.

Very easy to use . App helps you through the steps.

Easy to use, but lacking a lot. Crashes or freezes almost once a week and/or can't confirm my credentials, when I have changed neither my password or my user ID. Searching for certain transactions doesn't work either.

Overall good app. Does what I need for the most part. I have noticed issues with signing in quite often and I wish the app had some more features though. On a side note... I am very disappointed that this bank doesn't support samsung pay or google pay.

A few days ago the app stopped working even though I have the current version. I need a banking app that is reliable and will most likely switch banks. About 6 months ago I had to buy a new phone that supported the current app at that time. So I am not happy with this bank or its spp drvelopers.

So easy and saves me time and gas.

Convenient way to manage my bank accounts, when it's working properly. It's great, when it works. Update 04/02/2021: Improvements have been made to the application and it seems to be more stable and reliable. I'm happy. 😊 Thank you. (I added a star.)

I can't successfully load this app on my S22 Ultra, I have been using it with a different phone for years with no issues! Please fix this!!!!!!!!!

the app has come very hand, more so since I moved. where I live now there isn't a community bank, so making deposits was impossible until I downloaded the app. just like they say the money is there after 2 business days. I'm very pleased with the app.

This app worked flawlessly for years, then I updated to a Galaxy S22 Ultra and now it fails to load anytime I launch it. Please update soon!

Its a mostly seamless experience, but sometimes deposits don't go through if the picture of the check isn't perfect.

Poor banking app. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to clear "freeze" problems. Never have that problem with the PNC app. I use the Android system.

Good banking app, easy to navigate,easy to transfer money to and from accounts. However it lags often when Entering the app.

No support. Hasn't worked on my Android for almost a month. Time to find one with better customer service

It was very good app at first, but recently I haven't been able to get into it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but still wont load so i can get into it.

Can't find endorsement, meanwhile it's a giant red stamp. Thinks I took 2 photos of the front of the check when I took front and back. Tells me I'm over my allowable deposits for the day when I only deposited one check way under the deposit amount. Of course, when I call in to tell Community bank about the issues, no one ever knows how to fix anything. Useless

Very easy to use and up dates balances quickly. straight forward & accurate. No guess work.

Goes down a lot. It's not the app, but the bank itself. Their whole network goes down, even the phone banking system. Today is a prime example. Can't get my balance.

It gives me all the basic information I need about my accounts. If I could change anything it would be to make it more user friendly and have the same capabilities as accessing the website.

The app won't open it hasn't for over a month now. This needs fixed.

Love the update with deposits in Green. I've never had trouble with mobile deposits as someone previously noted, love it.

This app use to work great. Now it won't work at all. I can't get it to open or anything.

Its super easy to check account balances and other banking features- i just deposited a check in 2 minutes!

good app. the mobile deposit camera doesn't work great. keeps it from a 5 star.

seems more user friendly but can't find where you can make memos when using Bill Pay.
