Terrible. Rarely works, and when it does, it freezes. When I do mobile deposits of the checks, and type the correct amount of the check in, it shows a summary of a complete different amount.... The app seems to rarely be up and running. Can't get on currently.... So inconvenient during Christmas shopping.
I've been using this app for a while and have always loved it.. Now I can't look at my old statement (even for this last month) and it's making it difficult to figure out a billing question from one of my creditors from end of last month. I've always just looked back at my statements (since I'm on mobile banking only) and now that option is gone. :/
Horrible! There is a separate user name and password for the mobile app than the website. Plus different security questions and your password is only good for 180 days then you have to create another one. There is soooo much security that I had to print everything for the online and mobile just to remember it all. (Which now I feel less safe cause I have papers with all my info on it. ) SMH. The fingerprint login doesn't work well at all! I'm going to change banks. The convenience is horrible!
Never had an issue with this app until yesterday.. when I try to open it, it gives me a warning that says "forbidden" I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still is not working. I see other reviews that are experiencing the same issue and looks like it's been going on for awhile now. I really hope this gets resolved. I'm not always near a computer to check my accts and need the easy convenience of this app. Please fix ASAP
This App loves to erase my saved login ID and my fingerprint as a password setting, forcing me to reset my password and re-enter all the info and re-enable the fingerprint mode. Incredibly annoying. On top of that, it takes way too long to update my balance, and the overkill of security is insane.
Is it 1989? Atari was more attractive than the layout of the mobile app. Also, about 70% of the time I try to use the app, it just sits at "signing in" or says the mobile system is down. Ive been using it for about 2 years now. Its the only app on my phone that gives me issues. Almost worth changing banks. The app needs a serious upgrade/update.
I tried to use the mobile banking option to put a 10 dollar check into my account. I go through the motions, photo both sides, carefully type in the ammount, review it all to make sure it's right and now it's trying to put 11,000+ into my account. Yikes. calling tech support first thing in the morning and i'm never using this option again, otherwise it's convenient enough
I like this new app Community is using. They have been searching for quite a while to find a developer and app style that works best for its customer base...hence the rapid changing in functions and styles. I love the bank itself and the staff. Will definitely hang in there with them while they keep searching and improving... missteps and all. I'm rooting for them.
This app is in no way reliable. My balance at over $2000 suddenly became -$776, and transactions remain pending for days up to a week. My balance right now is saying thousands more than I know I have. Then itll straighten out only to go insane hours later. Going to switch banks as soon as I can because of all the stress their system has caused.
App never works. After setting up the account it booted me out and the password no longer worked. After trying to reset it I got a message saying I never enabled password resets and security questions because I was never allowed to enter the account in the first place
Not ok.... the app was working fine. But now I cant even check my account through the app. When I press the icon it loads and then another box pops up and says "warning- forbidden". Uhhh.... but why? Never seen this before. I'm extremely disappointed that I have to check it through the server now. I'm seriously considering changing banks. The bank gets things messed up all the time and now the app isnt working at all.
Never had any issues for about 2 yrs now, maybe just took a minute longer then it should to load my login. But today I got this warning as soon as I opened my app and it says forbidden. The only option it gives is just to hit ok and closes app... 🤔🤔🤔 so I uninstalled and reinstalled it and same thing. Hope all my funds are still there 😳 calling first thing in the morning
This app is terrible, first I couldn't get it past loading stats then now I cannot log in.. Fix this.. I'm about ready to transfer all my funds to a different bank.. You got the technology so fix it.. an I know you've got the funds to fix it.. really terrible ratings on here. An you figure you'd want to help your customers an from what I can see you dont.. I've read old an new reviews an you still ignore the customers.. ridiculous, I highly recommend NOT get this app...
the new pixel 4 phone offers biometric verification through face verification and this app no longer recognizes that my phone has biometric verification. This means, without a fingerprint reader on the phone, I've lost my ability to get into my bank account unless I do my full password
completely useless there is no info and no way to make payments on my loan. My password worked once now it gives me an invalid message and the forgot password button has not sent me a code to fix it 3 hours and 6 attempts later i still cannot log into my account. The phone help employees have all been rude and no help at all.... awful bank awful app awful website.
i wish i could rate this negative 5 stars, the app buffers, times out, doesnt let you in and mess up constantly, if you havent chosen a bank yet and youre using apps as a way to decide, DO NOT USE COMMUNITY BANK, when you go to look at your balance youre constantly juggling 3 different options because the app doesnt know how to label anything, please choose a different bank
Why is it that Friday after bank hours until Monday after the bank opens, I can never get an updated balance? Apps are suppose to work 24/7/365. An app with banking hours, well it is a bank I suppose. Hate it. Just another reason I can't wait to switch to a credit union.
Horrible. On top of their poor customer service, their banking app kept resetting my account info! I was unable to contact the bank by conventional means either. Find a bank that treats you better than this one does.
Very bleek grey scale app, limited functionality, constantly requires new password or doesnt recognize existing password. Just seems like an amature attempt at an app, and something a great bank like Community would be ashamed to have...
Apparently this app was discontinued without notice. There's a new one in the play store while this one is unlisted. Tap on the company name to be sure you're getting the app from the same developer.
Would be useful if it didnt constantly go offline. Half the time I can't get in to do anything or even see my correct balance because its offline.
What's the point if I can't make a loan payment? There's no way to even make a simply payment using this app. Hell I cannot even find it on their webpage. What's the point of having an account with Community Bank when there seems to be no other way to make a loan payment other than walking into an actual bank?
As far as banking apps go, it's pretty terrible. Any transactions are usually delayed from showing up at least a day or two. Mobile deposit of checks tells you you have to write extra wording on the back of your check in the endorsing area. I've never had to do that with any other banking app and am not comfortable doing that just for an app. If you can, just stick with the website or go directly to the bank. This app is not worth the time to install it.
