The app use to be great. Now, it's slow and half the time doesn't use or give the option to use biometrics even though I've selected it for my login. Trying to do a mobile deposit is frustrating because it will close the whole app when you're trying to take a picture of the check. It's no longer quick and convenient.

Lately the app is horrible. Takes forever to login and usually gives an error message while trying to login. It's so frustrating especially since sometimes you need to check your account balance in a hurry.

The app is the worst mobile banking app I have ever experienced. It's slow, half the time it won't let you log in. Doesn't remember biometrics all the time. Mobile deposit does not work. It's just really aggravating honestly.

Updating to let people know this is still an issue, and if you have it, this is the solution: Mobile deposit only works on my phone (Galaxy S10e) if the phone stays in landscape mode the whole time during the remote deposit. If it switches back to portrait view after taking a picture, it clears out the entire mobile deposit form. It has been impossible to get support for this app. I'm glad I figured it out myself. Please fix.

Edited to say its been months and thw problem still persists. Please fix this!! Mobile deposit keeps stopping the app. Unable to deposit checks.

Mobile check deposit is finicky. I had to lock the app in landscape orientation from the "Settings" option; otherwise, the check picture would vanish immediately after taking the photo. Next, I had to write "Community bank mobile deposit" on the back below the line labeled "DO NOT WRITE, STAMP, OR SIGN BELOW THIS LINE". After that, I was able to take pictures and submit the check for deposit. This is horrendous user experience, but I was able to get it working thanks to App Store reviews.

I'm extremely frustrated. I've tried to remote deposit my check 5 times now. I even did what I saw here in the comments. It doesn't work! I put in the amount, take the pics front and back (in landscape mode) and it automatically blanks out the total without letting me click Submit Deposit. One of the 5 times it actually included a deposit amount, but when I checked, it only has a pic of the front of the check. I need this money in my account!

App is either slow or just throws up a hundred different error messages. I've been with Community Bank for 5 years and the bank and their app have me at a point of switching banking institutions. This has been happening almost the whole 5 years but has gotten worse since the beginning of the year(2021).

I tried to use the app on my phone. It read an error need to update. I clicked on update and that was 5 days ago. It Is still pending. I tried canceling and updating several times. I called and still no help. Customer service please check this. It is still an issue with several of my friends and family as well. Thanks

Remote deposit does not work. I can't even lock it into landscape like it suggests in other reviews. I tried it on my tablet, and it would take the pictures, but it still wouldn't accept the deposit saying I had to have my signature and "Community Bank mobile deposit only" on the check which I had. I actually had the latter twice thinking it would help if I printed it instead of cursive. I'm going to be super upset if I go to the bank, and they won't deposit it because it says that.

I wish the app would remember my password. Or atleast show me my Login ID. I can't get into the app most of the time. Also I can't transfer money from my PayPal to my account and that would be really nice. I would greatly appreciate immediate texts with amount spent AND remaining balance after every purchase. Kinda missing my online bank. Only with Community bc my aunt works there. Netspend has better benefits....

It's really slow to load at times. Also I have been having issues with it shutting down. The layout itself is nice and user friendly other than that.

I haven't been able to remotely deposit checks in months. Everytime I click submit it says the check isn't endorsed and doesn't have the mobile deposit message written on it no matter how neatly and clearly it's written. It's been like this since at least android 10. I'm using a Pixel 3XL.

Every since I updated this app it has not worked. This has left me very disappointed and dissatisfied. This is a major inconvenience especially when I need to transfer money and check my account balance. This needs to be fixed.

App is always having general errors or is down for maintenance. Gonna be switching banks due to this. Just when you need to know how much money you have the app will say general error occurred or session has timed out.

I had the old app and got to where I could not login . I call for help and told to load new app I still can not login to new app and ot does not display my picture . I have ask for help and have gotten none . Good thing I cam get in by computer . So do not know how the app is to use .
