When I log in, I can't see my account or surveys, all I get is "this survey is not accepting additional responses at this time". All the links to my surveys display the same thing

The app isn't working now. It opens up to a blank screen. And hitting a different tab does nothing.

I used to love this app now it won't load or let me use it anymore. I uninstalled/reinstalled but still does not load anything an I had enough points for gift card

I do complete surveys but when I go to the app it doesn't show them completed. The last one that's shows completed was Jan but then before that it goes all the way back to July. I have completed others after July. I just get a blank pop up with an ok button for new surveys all the stuff in the app is old. All I can do is close it and no option to do the surveys.

Despite some quirks here and there, this application is a lot of fun, I feel I'm being listened to by my fav brand and I also don't mind the rewards. Agreed to some reviews here that there are some bugs, but these guys are moving super fast with fixes and updates and they also get back to you pronto when you have a question. I def recommend this to whoever wants to make their voice heard while having fun.

Great app & community. I've had this app for a while, earned a lot of Amazon gift cards doing their surveys and discussions. I would recommend to anyone. The surveys are kept simple enough, they aren't repetitive or tedious, and they're worth the points earned for Amazon dollars. The staff are helpful and responsive. One of the best survey apps I've had and one of the few I've kept for over a year or more.

I'm getting a notification every couple hours that says, "Hey, it's been a while since you've checked out our app..." And it's the least user-friendly UI I've encountered. Can't zoom in on pictures, it forgets your place in activities, nothing opens correctly.

Easy to use! However there have been one or two surveys that I was unable to take (I got the notification for them but when I followed the link, once in the app there was no survey available and the screen was blank. Otherwise, this is a fun opportunity for clients' voices to be heard! And the points we earn can be used to receive gift cards; I just redeemed my first 10$ cineplex giftcard today!

This is one app that is worth the space it takes up on anyone's phone, laptop or desktop. They have interesting topics for all to share their opinions and you do get to cash out once you have all the necessary points needed and all though the payout is not cash they have a few good different gift cards to choose from.

I cannot log in to the Vanguard Steering Community. Both the app and website. How can i contact the moderator?

I would rate 5 stars but every since an update awhile back I'm not able to view videos in surveys through the app. I have to log in through my browser for the video survey and it's just a small extra step that I shouldn't have to take having the app. Other then that small problem the app is pretty interesting and it's fun looking at new ideas and giving my opinion, (especially on things that are relevant in my life). The points add up quick and you can redeem rewards with as little as 500pts!

The app keeps telling me there's no account with the email address I insert. Which is odd because it is the email I have used for that specific account for years and years. So I cant even participate in the "program". Someone from this app needs to get ahold of me please.

This app has alot of potential, but has been super glitchy lately. The app hasn't opened for me in about 2 weeks and before that it would open then error and kick me out completely. I also couldn't activate my one account due to this issue, which still remains unfixed.

I keep getting alerts that it has been a while, yet login fails without me typing anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success. 10/24/21 Update: After clearing data then uninstalling and reinstalling, the app finally asked for my email. Then I was unable to login as it was not found.

I won a gift card but it's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't received anything? No customer service or emails so who do I talk to?

This app is confusing for me. I don't like how its set up at all and wish Target just used their own app for this insider program. I'm sure they could save some money doing it themselves and I do believe other insiders for Target who agree with me may not realize this isn't an app associated with Target exclusively. However , since they use it , the fact that its horrible reflects back on them as a company as most people won't realize this isn't owned or run by their company. Whole thing sucks!

Okay first let me say this is a dead app. Since the merger it is no longer any good. I used my points for rewards that I never got. Not very happy about that. Especially after making a lot of contributions and doing all of the surveys required. Never got my $5 Amazon gift card. Pretty much thanks for nothing but a waste of time.

I can never get the app to open and if it does open it freezes. I have been trying to get past the verify email part so I can do surveys but it is just becoming a lost cause!

I love this app! I enjoy giving my input and earning rewards! Reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because on my Android device I'm unable to do surveys that require watching videos. I have log on to a computer to complete those kind of surveys. Other than. That app is easy to use

I couldn't log in and then when I complete the millions of questions on my browser I selected the submit it via the app. Now it won't stop going to the app even though I've cleared it from being the default so I can not submit my answers. I will not be spending that much time on the survey again.

During this pandemic I've been very grateful for this site and I've been able to get the things I needed for my family when it was needed the most! I am very thankful for the opportunity to participate in the great activities and helping products to be the best and nothing less for consumers just like myself and being able to get gift cards for Walmart and other great stores just for simply giving my honest opinion and insight on brands and products that I have been using for years!! Thank you!

Love this app! Super easy to use. I have not had any issues with earning points and redeeming gift cards. I love that I get an alert when a new survey is available. Super legit.

Every time I click on my Gapinc Insiders survey links I get the message "You have already completed this survey" even though I haven't taken the survey. It also won't allow me to access my membership page. I tried opening "view this email online" and I still get the same message when I click the Participate link. Uninstalled.

Best tool company ever. The first and only that actually interact and listen to the people who use their products everyday. For being a part of their pro insiders community as a welcome prize I was awarded over $300 worth of power tools which I use everyday at work. I was blown away and they do this on a monthly basis with many many more awards going to contributing members. They are truly a one of a kind group . Thanks again for everything you do Bosch!

The app is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I enjoy telling companies what I think and getting extra perks while having fun.

Downloaded app and unable to create login. It immediately asks for my email then says it doesn't exist. Of course not as I've not created a profile yet. Very frustrating.

Can't watch videos that are apart of the surveys unless i open in the browser. Now I can't get the site up in the browser anymore so there are currently 2 surveys I can't even complete right now.

I've done the email me a magic link twice and uninstalled and reinstalled and it stays on the community logo black screen. This is the last time I'll try the app. What a waste of time.

Another seemingly pointless app out on the market, being pushed by sprint now. Could you be more vague in your "about" section as to what your app actually does? Waste of time and money for someones junky marketing accumulater that doesn't actually do much of anything that most people don't want. (shake head)
