ever since the change, logging in is a challenge. one week I'm able to get in, the next time I can't. So irritating. so for a very long time now, I have had no isues transfering money or paying bills from this ap. I do 99% of my banking from my android and have had no further issues. As of today, 4-5-2021 There have no issues with this ap at all . Love doing it all online. Easy, user friendly and quick. Love it
I'd highly recommend this app. It's so easy to use and the credit union staff are so helpful on the phone and in person. You can pay bills, view transactions, pay a member, and so much more. The pay a member feature is my favorite. All you need is an account number and the last name of the member. Thanks to the developers for creating this app. It's handy on my phone where it needs to be. They get 5 stars from me. Install this app if you wish.
ComChoice breaks every security rule by constantly changing the URL being logged into. You have to just cross your fingers and hope that the site you're being redirected to is actually theirs. As an IT person, this drives me absolutely crazy.
Love the CCCU app! So convenient to be able to do photo deposits. Being able to download transactions to Quicken has helped me get caught up on my bank reconciliations so much faster too! So much better than having to manually enter all of the transactions.
Leaps and bounds better than previous app! I can take picture to deposit checks, customize mobile alerts & pay credit card from mobile! Way to get up to speed! UI still getting used to but great so far.
The app is easy to use. Balance transfers are instant. All of the employees are great to deal with. I've had a great banking experience with them for the last 5+ years
for the most part it's good (on android), however, on my ipad the photo depost wont let me take a picture of the check. It also is a super tiny screen on my ipad, does not fit to screen. Final decision, if you have android get it but if you have ipad I wouldnt suggest it.
This app hardly ever works and I get no help or a real explanation on when the issue will be fixed when contacting them. App allows me to log in but will not pull my account details and times out.
It seems every time I make contact with this credit union, I hang up pissed off. They keep telling me they can't do this or that for a member( First General Credit Union) never had this type of issue with them. I wish they would come back.
This app works great the majority of the time. Occasionally there will be issues getting it to open, but those are usually resolved fairly quickly.
Can't ever get in, though my password & username are saved. 5 or 6 tries. Frustrating!!!
Awesome bank with the best online banking. Very easy to look over our accounts and transfer money instantly. God bless
New app with fingerprint login is way more convenient. The UI is a little weird for transfers and automated payments but usable.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Not a fan, would much rather go back to being able to use my mobil device on their website instead of being forced to use this app.
Huge Improvement from previous app. Includes pending transactions in history now. Allows personal preferences on view and notifications.
This is an update from my first review of 1 star. The problem with logging on is over and I'm now able to use the app. It's awesome! The bill pay and funds transfers are slick. Great app.
Great app to get down to the second info on your accounts. The down side is it has no access to their credit cards.
Started off working okay today, now it won't let me login at all. I have a galaxy S8+ if that makes a difference to the app developers. Update 2020, it's working pretty good now.
So easy, and quick. It's nice when you're at checkout and debit card is declined. Just log in, move money to grocery account, and run debit card again.
Super easy to navigate. Transfers are a breeze. Just completed a mobile deposit.
Great app until they changed the way you make credit card payments. Now you have to have both apps to do that.
worst online banking app. never works right. transactions are a week behind from showing up, went through a maintace and havent been able to log on so far this week.
Was a litle frustrating at first but Customer Service was very helpful. Looking forward to see all the site has to offer.
Updated and better than ever. Haven't had a mishap with this application. Everything operates smoothly with hasty response.
To much wasted real estate. To salesy and not as many functions as they old app. Web version just as bad.

Usually this app works great. Today I was notified I cannot access the account until after 12pm. However it is after noon..

Think this app is great but still has problems they should have linked the credit card to this one . Think it's kind of a pain to have to run 2 apps and two different passwords for the same thing or company! Would be so much simpler to login to one app and do everything you need to do there! Other than that I haven't had any trouble.
