Its easy to understand and navigate through, and all accounts are listed on opening page which is nice.

The old layout was easier to use, looked nicer, and ran better. I do not like the change at all. The new version does not work as well, makes payments more difficult, and is more confusing. Also when entering a password, the letters stay on the screen for too long. That isn't very secure if I wanted to log in when out and about.

New version is definitely a few steps backward. I can no longer consistently see my linked account (a CCCU business account) and have to constantly sign to the linked account. There is no longer an option to get an alert with new transactions...there is a similar option, but it texts you every day regardless if there is a new transaction or not. I don't want a text every day, but I do want to know when there is a new deposit.

This app no longer works. I have used it for years and love the ease of use, but I believe they did an upgrade recently and my phone app has not worked since. I can no longer access it. It would pop up as usual, but then the screen would go dark and it would tell you to go to Google Play. I have tried re-installing it and it tells me that there is an error on their part. This has been for weeks. I just now tried uninstalling it from my phone and re-installing it again and I get the same issue. I live in a remote area and need this app to be able to make deposits to my account. I will probably have to go into my bank and see if they can help me get this to work again. As an addendum, I uninstalled the app, disabled Play Store, reinstalled the app and re-activated play store, and it is now working again. Thank you.

This app used to work great. If it connects works great. The problem is that it rarely connects. Maybe 1 out of 4 attempts is successful. This has been going on for several months and on 2 different phones. Have tried the uninstall/reinstall trick and no dice. Please fix this!

The new updated application is horrible and it's really really slow. Some of the old features are missing now. All this app dose is give you the same view as the Mobile site but it's even slower than just going to the site. I'd like to have the old app back it's way more user friendly. Awesome credit union though!

Usually an awesome app. It's my go to for all my banking. However, since I updated my software, it flat out doesn't work. I get a "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again." message. I have done so and even uninstalled and re-installed and it just does the same thing. Please fix ASAP.

The new updated app is barely getting 2 stars from me right now. Everything I could do with the old app, is giving me a hard time to doin the new app. I have 2 accounts and its not transferring the money between both of them. Never had that problem before then and the fingerprint scanner login works when it wants too.

Both the app and the credit union itself are phenominal! Love that the app is easily navigated and everything is right there at my fingertips. Customer care is always more than willing to help and each branch has a very kind and friendly staff.

I swear they change the layout every month. Its overtly complicated. The password requirements are ridiculous, the app is slower and there's unnecessary steps. Even the website is confusing, i just want to pay my credit card; I can't find out how on the app and website.

It's fine. A little wonky looking, but works nonetheless. However, I'm currently having trouble transferring my funds from checking to savings and vice versa. It keeps saying the transaction failed due to an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it kept saying it.

Does everything I need it to do for personal and business. Super easy to use and very fast. Any questions have been explained by my local branch office. Just wish I could transfer out of business shares more than only twice a month each, but I think that is a law and not just an app decision.

this app is the worst. it is extremely slow and difficult to use. the original app was layed out well and very user friendly. I hate trying to use this its awful. The layout is overly complicated. i dont understand why you would change it and add so many useless steps. please change back

The recent March 2019 update is awful. The view is cluttered. As well you can no longer see your due dates for your loans. I feel they didn't do this update with the user in mind but instead for themselves. I can see the elderly making the mistake of Transferring funds to loan accounts instead of their savings/ checking, and others being late on loan payments because they can no longer easily see due dates, no option for an alert of due date. Both issues work in favor of CCCU.

After software update, my app stopped working also. Good news, I have another way. Go to Cccu website to gain access to your account and you can save it to your homepage on your phone for quick access So far it has worked every time. I was going crazy.

The new layout was a bit confusing at first...but now that i found where everything is located.. It makes sense. I did call the Member Support team. They were very friendly and helpful in this.

I dont know what's going on but it's not working at all...was doing great but now it's not letting me do anything I've deleted and tried doing all over still wont work!!!!!! not happy at all right now.. could you please help me with getting the app to work again!!?!?! love the app and how easy it is just mad at the fact that it doesnt want to work now for some reason!!

i cant stand this new updated version!! i am constantly overdrafting and can never tell how much money i actualy have (unlike the older version where i NEVER had this problem)..its also slow to load and om always getting errors for no reason when im trying to do things. I am beyond over this "update" it is horrible! You guys need to go back to the old one. My mom hates it just as much as i do, so its not just me.

Nice little app, has helped me out with my bad banking skills and made me allot better at managing my money. Gave it four starts because when seeing it up it took me two weeks to get everything working. Had look in issues and password issues at the time.

Recent update 10x - 20x slower than it used to, i can no longer have my password saved, and the second i try and log into it they make me reset my password with an obnoxious amount of requirements, the most ive seen on any website.

Terribly difficult to get a business account signed up. There are no helping steps to recover account name or reset password. I have registered twice and am still unable to sign into this App. Makes me consider switching banks, it shouldn't be this hard

It's a good app, I just wish more of the things on the app would stay on the app if possible and not transition to a website causing increase loading times and an increase chance of problems unrelated to the app

Having the same issues I had when e-banking was first introduced, "It's glitches when using a browser instead of the app. I prefer using my browser as it doesn't take as much memory to operate. More and more dissatisfied with this credit union every day.

Doesn't load. Says connection is slow. Almost useless now. This will cause me to switch back to my other bank if it's not addressed soon. I need to log on several times a day and it only connects when it wants to.
