Community Financial Mobile

Can NOT use the Mobile Deposit function. Every time I try, I get an error message that it failed, but the pictures of the check are not blurry or distorted in any way. VERY frustrating!

App works well, but I'd prefer it if, after enough failed attempts, the fingerprint login fell back to the phone's PIN instead of locking the user out completely. Having to redo biometrics is annoying and it's surprisingly easy to rack up attempts with certain devices.

It's good to 2c evening right when I want. From transferring, to cashing checks/mobile deposits or checking balances. Now I can make more informed decision.

I don't like it if I try to use my fingerprint 5 times and then I if it don't go through I have to call and reset it really worries me because I'm living in a foreign country overseas

Getting better, but still doesn't show things like how much I have paid on mortgage for previous months and what I have in escrow.

Easy to use, works as it should the app is very well made and covers most needs simply.

Its easy to use and I love the fingerprint option.

Only have car payment with them but no issues at all!

Good solid app and don't have any complaints from my end.

It's an okay app but no zelle so account transfers with other institutions are painful.

Meh. I can't have my two usernames saved on the screen anymore. As a business owner I toggle between personal/ business accounts every day, multiple times a day. This needs to be fixed asap. Just updated everything so we shall see how the rest is! Update a week later...after trying to log in at least 10 times and it not working I can not login to both accounts and they are saved. That was incredibly frustrating and needs to be better thought out in the future for any other updates.

So far I like the new app, but I haven't done much playing with it yet. Transferring funds between my accounts is easier, but downloading my completed transactions online via my Quicken has not been able to be performed yet. I am however able to export from each account but I have to do each account individually, much more difficult.

Really well thought out app. Very easy to deposit checks with 2 pictures, fast balance check, easy to transfer money between accounts and make payments to loan. I moved to Tennessee and still use community financial for everything because they are great!

Can't even open the app, the app consistently closes with a second of trying to open it. Seems like it's just crashing over and over. I like to check my bank account frequently, especially on the go, and this app won't allow me to do so. Very frustrating.

The app is great especially the card control feature. The only down side is that at times it gives this error of not being able to sign you in which is fustrating especially if you need to turn on your debit card to make a payment.

Update to unfavorable review. I have had contact from Community Financial and they have straightened everything out. I am upgrading their grade to 3 stars for that, but there is one thing I am not happy about with the upgrade. As I explore and use the app, it will remain to be seen if the app warrants an increase in stars.

would rate a zero if I could. not for the app but the bank in general. have constantly been lied to ever since I opened my account. haven't been able.to use my money since I've opened my account in early February. they keep holding my money for no reason and say oh everyone does it. now I'm behind on Bill's and still cant use my money. 7 day holds are not 7 days. if that was the case I'd be able to use my damn money...

This app allows for you to perform many banking activities quickly and easily. Loses a star due to Bill Pay portion. Bill Pay lacks some funtionality of online version - lacks full Payee info such as nickname, does not give you the date payment is expected to be received by the payee, and does not give payment confirmation number.

Why do programmers limit use of 'special characters'? I use a tilde (~), as that's what's programmed in MY head. But not with your app. It's not permitted. I recall the directive, " not @, or # or a period. If one can't use it, why only such a short list? One doesn't learn that until after the fact. Stupid! Don't give a partial list, or give a list of what IS permitted. ALL of 'em.

Excellent app with an attractive user-interface, and with all the important options available. It's definitely better than having to go through to the mobile web site.
