I love the app! The only wish I have, would be to be able to write a description/memo when making a transfer from checking or saving to my credit card. And it would show up on my statement like it does when transferring from savings to checking or vice versa.

I love the new setup they have plus the ability to literally check everything in 1 spot is great. Also being able to transfer money to friends and family from my phone has made life so much more convenient than it ever was before. Whatever you guys are doing over a CFCU keep it up cause it's working.

Update... Turns out I stupidly forgot my card in the ATM and the card services functionality is turned off for the time being, because it is in a lost/stolen status. I blame my branch, not the app, as they did not send me an email/call/text or anything. Meanwhile, I realized I misplaced my card and thought I was going to have to cancel it, so I was stressing this whole time until I called to cancel it and they told me this information.

easier linking with other trusted apps and a way to view debit or credit card numbers, and exp date within the app would be helpful.. maybe these can be with a separate or 2nd password?

I like it when it works. But regularly enough it just won't let me log in. Then I have to call in they have to reset everything for me to get back to my accounts

Looks clean, crisp, and has a smooth interface. I've always digged the overall aesthetic, and appreciate the available utilities and functions. However, if the app would log me in or work at least half the time that would be nice.

I would give this 5 stars if the texts notifications was fixed! Currently I have 6 different phone numbers saved for text alerts for community first. It's ridiculous! Now I have 6 different text conversations because of this! (7 if you include the number from before the upgrade). Why are there so many different phone numbers? How hard is it to send all text alerts from 1 flipping phone number?!! It's beyond frustrating! 😠

I don't love the update. I miss Fast Balance and I'm having troubles with mobile deposits I've never had before. As soon as I take the first picture, the app reboots and takes me to the login screen without letting me finish the deposit! Really frustrating, especially when I was able to mobile deposit just fine a few months ago.

This update changed something. Every single time I try to log in I have to wait for a verification text, email or call to get a 6 digit code to enter to log in. It's not remembering any of my devices. Very annoying when I'm in a hurry and have to sit and wait. Other than that when I'm in everything else is great.

Don't like the upgrade. Used to be able to send a text to get current account balance sent to my phone whenever I wanted. That included what is left on my car loan. Also you can no longer see any transfer history that was done before the upgrade. This is very frustrating.

We need the :Quick Balance back! I we get that I would give you 5 stars. However despite that issue, I like the new app. I get my notices for withdrawals in about 5 to 10 minutes. Its very easy to use and overall I'm happy with it.

Cannot remote deposit checks as the app crashes when a photo is snapped. This has been going on for close to a year on 2 different phone, Samsung s10 and s20. CFCU is a great bank, and I want to switch everything to them, but I'm still banking with another company until I can remotely deposit with CFCU's app. I lodged a ticket 6 months ago.

The app has been going good for me but recently the fingerprint scanner to login has been giving me an error, so now I have to manually login with my username and password. The error is "We are unable to log you in right now. Please try again later." Not sure why it hasn't been working for this app only, but I would like this issue resolved if it's on your end as it was more convenient to login.

Can't get to work on my phone. Keeps telling me an error has occured and to try again or call. Have tried to reinstall app. App works ok on tablet. Says I should use in profile view but graphics are very off. If I stay in landscape mode it is better but still not great.

The new app is much better. Faster log-ins, faster loading between screens, etc. Finally can see all my credit card transactions right in the app instead of opening a browser window. Overall a much better experience.

It took some to get used to it but after you do it's really cool. And I like the fingerprint option. It doesn't take forever to sign into your account. And of course one of my friends said and if anybody ever wants to get into your account all they have to do is cut your finger off. 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol

This app no longer works all it dose it spins, never open. its been doing that for the past 3week , its getting frustrating, I called over week ago. He suggested that i delete app , re added, still not working, he also suggested it was my phone. Its not. So please get this fix

Absolutely horrible compared to the last app. This one doesn't send alert notifications to my phone or email no matter what boxes I check 😪. Every now and then I'll get a login alert. But most times nada for any alerts.

Enough to make me switch banks. The consistent log in errors and hassle of resetting password Everytime it screws up is infuriating, and to make it worse it always seems to happen going into weekends when there is no support or anyone to answer a phone. Been a great bank for 12+ years but this drove me away. Moving my direct deposit to another bank.

every feature on the mobile app besides checking balances is totally useless. good luck using the mobile deposit function, it's very bad. I've never even considered right a review for any app ever until encountering this. as a member, please spend the correct funds to hire a real firm to build your app. the company you contracted with shouldn't be in business.
