Update. It finally accepted my mobile deposit (typed cheque) after too many tries. I had to change the "change" amount on the check to ZERO before it would accept it. Finally worked, lost $ .02. (so far, prolly get adjusted when banks do whatever they do) Being unable to uttalize the mobile deposit function has worked spotty for me since downloading. Having this feature is a must for me (I'm using a pixel4 and.12)

Easy to use very helpful support and top notch customer service

Does everything a mobile banking app should do, convenient, easy to use. I rarely have any issues with it. Update to original review. Since my original rating, the credit card interface has been updated to what I think is a step back. The account history no longer displays in an easily readable format on my phone. Making a payment while not unmanageable, does take extra steps now. Because of these issues I dropped my rating by a star.

The BEST feature of this app disappea. I need pending transaction to show as if keeping a proper check book balance. It showed available funds as if the transaction was complete. Was like that before update yesterday. There is no in app option to set up this missing feature. Disappointed to see it is gone again. Please, please, bring it back. The illusion that i have $500 more dollars when i don't, is frustrating & messing me up. Defeats the purpose of going paperless!! ~Confused Old Lady~

No better or worse than the website, so far as I can tell. It is very nice to be able to deposit checks while traveling by simply taking a picture. It took a few tries, but after I noticed that my perfectly framed shots were being cut back on the final image, I pulled the camera back a little, took some new shots, tried again, and that seemed to work.

1. It does not give a total balance of all accounts. 2. When my mortgage account was closed, I no longer had access to see the account history or access statements. 3. Transfers may or may not be visible in history until its completed. I have to access the transfer screen to make sure it was successful. 4. Bill pay is extremely slow 5. I do not receive balance or transaction alerts alerts via push notifications as requested.

Limited abilities when using app. App makers need to fix the menu. You click menu then try to click log off the menu expands and you end up clicking settings. Then you have to back out of settings and finally try to click log off again. Super annoying. I can't believe they're so dumb they made the menu troll you every time you go to log off.

Great products, rates and customer service.

This app was better before the last update/maintenance. Now I'm unable to make payments to certain accounts through the mobile app. I have even uninstalled it and reinstalled it in hopes that it would fix the issue but it didn't.

I have had my account for 4 months with Community First and not once have I been able to transfer to a 3rd party. They stopped using Zelle im favor of Quickpay, found security problems, took it down. No communication about why or when it would be back up and the app and website still are missing this basic functionality to be able to transfer funds to other people.

Seems like it never wants to load. It is easier for me just to go to the web page. Sure, I have to enlarge the screen to read the print, but I could be finished doing my business via website before the app ever lets me sign in to my account. Now that I think about it, I am not sure why I even have it downloaded.

My only problem is it closes out frequently. Update; it has fixed the above issue. For some things you do need a computer but you can do most things through the app. So I changed my original rating from 4 stars to 5.

Very basic app, functions for transfers and balances are okay..HOWEVER the camera for mobile deposits needs to be fixed. When i try to "capture photo" the in app camera usage is angled and in the opposite orientation in which i hold my phone. This made it impossible to deposit my check so I deposited it elsewhere instead. Please fix!

so many problems, you could fix them, without compensating on security, everytime i get a bug i have to uninstall and reinstall, because restarting my phone does nothing. also there is no way to report problems in the app. Almost Everytime I try to do a mobile deposit I gave a new problem every time, this app is supposed to be convenient and instead it ends up being a hassle.

Lots of bugs. First, I tried the mobile check deposit feature and wanted to deposit 2 separate checks. The frst check worked but when I went to make 2nd deposit, after taking pictures of the second check, it would only show me the pictures of the first check even though that deposit was already submitted. I even tried reloading app, only shows the pics of the first check. Almost as annoying as their atm when trying to make multiple check deposits. Also, "deposit history" doesn't display. Bad ap

My biggest complaint is the app is so slow and it always crashes on me. It tells me that app has stopped working all the time and gives me a choice of waiting on it to work or close the app. Needs to be upgraded like Wells Fargo banking app. Now that's a good mobile app!

I have no idea how earlier generations lived without banking apps lol. Seriously though, this app certainly glitches occasionally but it's not even bad enough to lose a star. Its reliable, accurate, if its being difficult just close the app and reopen it. What more do I need. Btw my bank is awesome 🤟🏻

Love the app as much as I love the credit union. It does what I need from anywhere. Moved out of town for 16 years: no problem. Just direct deposit and app it. Apply for loans, transfers, bill payments, photo deposit checks, etc.

This app is a pretty easy, seemingly secure banking app. It allows me to do everything that I need from viewing all accounts statuses at a glance to the various transactions that I make fairly seamlessly. I really like it!

Had app and as of 10/01/2020, I continuously, get message that my loin failed, because of wrong password. I had to installed and reinstall, uninstall, and now trying to download again and it keeps spinning and not down loading. It's a problem, not as good as my Navy Federal app.

Makes keeping up with my account(s) much easier. Not chained to my computer and all with the ease of my phone. Hated the idea at first but the app allows me to tap into my account to check my balances and transactions which makes my budget keeping activities much easier 👍!!

Frustrating app for mobile deposits. The app functions fine for general stuff, but it consistently rejects mobile deposits. This was particularly annoying during COVID when branches were closed, but continues to be annoying. This is the only banking app with this problem out of 4 that I regularly use.

Very helpful app. You can access your bank account online and see your account activity as well as pay your loans, transfer money from one account to another, without having to go to the bank it self, you can do pretty much, almost everything through this app.

Big improvements in check deposit and easy transfer access. Can be a challenge to find statements and set up recurring payments, but once you figure it out, it's fairly easy to repeat

There's been a recent development where trying to log in loads for ages before doing nothing, and you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work, then it breaks again later, causing you to need to do this process again. Other than that, it's been fine, and this is a recent development that I hope gets fixed soon.
