Broadly functional but completely unreliable. Its favourite tricks are to fail to login using biometrics, fail to stay logged in after you tap on an account, it will randomly fail to show balances or transactions, randomly fail to load payee lists. In every case the only solution is to force stop the app and roll the dice if it's going to behave the next time. I've been caught short in shops before now with this and I no longer trust it.

Old app allowed a more detailed view of each transaction, it would be nice to have that in this app. It would also be nice to be able to manage multiple account numbers (eg, not just S2/S7/etc but 12345-S7 and 45678-S7) Current version only gets data up to 1-Aug-2020. Having to revert back to the old app again

The app keeps crashing. Can't use the app to pay my bills. Previous version was much much better. Please roll back to previous version. Now I have to log on to the desktop app to pay my bills. This version barely is functional enough to show my balances. 👎🏼

Past 2 days the app has been extremely dysfunctional numerous problems, won't show quick balance won't login using biometrics, won't load transactions it's glitching constantly and I've just updated my phone so app is updated. Please fix issues asap or I'll be forced to delete app as it's useless atm. Thanks.

I like being able to see the balance up front , but you can no longer see the pending transactions itemized. This is definitely a step back. Would be great if that was fixed

Been using for years, lately can not access have to uninstall then reinstall to access. Updated in March 2020. I do like, would 5star if this wasnt happening. Please fix the bugs!

App crashing and not logging in properly now showing n/a on balances and no accounts connected after having been installed for an extended time.

Used to work great but in the last few weeks constantly crashes even after multiple downloads. This app is now more or less useless.

Old app was more user friendly. Able to see what was pending, and payee user descriptions were visible. Would be nice if these features were returned to the app.

It has been working fine up until the last fortnight. You sign in and pick a function and have to sign in again. Very clunky now. It took me 3 attempts to osko pay a friend.

Preferred the app with pending sales visible.... plus lately the app won't allow sign in even after numerous attempts... time to fix your app so it works properly.... atm it's rubbish

Fix it! Your app isn't working, can't transfer money. It was working fine until the last two weeks. Irritating!!

The new app doesn't come straight up on my phone, I have to click on it twice to get it to appear. There's no details of the payments any more either. The old app was much better.

Stupid app says it’s installed when the bank told me to uninstall it and reinstall it. I uninstalled it. But it won’t now reinstall because it thinks it’s still installed. Dumb.

Ok but doesn't work all the time, just when you need it to, very disappointing,it is just useless, worst app ever😡😡😡

The app fails to show balances at times, constantly refreshing to see transactions, find billers or pay someone.

Downloaded the app came to a screen that says "get started". Nope cant get started, nothing happened.

Can we bring back the old app? It used to give you the time the transaction was made. Come on people let's move forward not backwards.

You shut down the old app that worked and now have provided a newer app that won't even open... Good job now I have no available app to access my acc...

great app. i like it's simplicity and speed. so fast n not littered with other needless cosmetic. well done

Constantly have issues with app opening, limited account options on app.

I been trying to dowload since yesty no improvement. I have deleted some apps from my mobile which I thought that causing this issue but nah🤔🤔

App is great when it opens, but I've had to uninstall several times now and reinstall.

Would be great if I could see my pending transactions, otherwise the app works fine.

App rarely loads on first attempt and doesn't allow easy review of most recent tap-and-go payments

Every time I try and do something it makes me log in! I need to access my accounts this is ridiculous

Clean UI easy to use good security... Well designed app.

Completely useless, don't waste your time and data.
