Won't load. Have tried uninstalling. No updates available. Just stuck at loading screen. This is awful. Some people have appointments through this app & medications they literally can't go without & are unable to have an in person appointment during this pandemic. Should not happen this frequently that so many have complained of same thing. bare minimum You could do is provide a working app, doesn't even need to be fancy. Will change rating IF it's fixed and stops happening.

I reinstalled this app because it wouldn't open and a message finally came up that said there is no internet connection. It did the exact same thing after reinstalling. There is no problem with my internet connection.

It stopped working and would stick on loading screen. I'm on a reinstall, will update, but this stuff should NOT be needed on a well prepared app Reinstall didn't work, it's stuck at "Loading events data" So far I've uninstalled, cleared/cleaned cache, reinstalled and nothing works!

Used this app fine for years until recently - now it just gets stuck in a load loop during "loading events data" and eventually crashes. I hate having to access mychart through a web browser but I guess that's where I am now 🥲

This app was wonderful worked beautifully and helped me keep track of payments appointments, everything medically related . I loved it now it has just stopped loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. I am slowly losing hope in Community hospital no follow through ....

Would not open when I entered my username and password, just kept searching in an endless loop. I can access my chart from browser just fine. Community health needs to have bugs fixed for Android version. I am using Android 6 on an older Motorola Moto G3 smart phone if that is important. Roger Petrie

The app used to work beautifully but stopped a while back. I have had to use the actual portal online, which isn't as convenient at all.

Just stopped working. Keep receiving message 'unable to reach service. Please check your Internet connection and try again. (events)" Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no go!

Same problem as others. App says that there is a problem with my internet connection when there isn't. VERY glitchy app.

Just stopped working one day. Stuck on loading page. I have done phone updates, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still doesn't work.

Unable to use app as it's never wants to open. Have to iae the desktop version which is almost as slow.

Trash. Keeps freezing up. Slow and buggy. Defeats the whole purpose of an app.

This app won't load or even register internet access! Very frustrating bc now I can't access important test results!

Right now I would rate it as a 0. It won't open up and it says it is downloading events data. I'm glad I don't have to depend on this app.

This app doesn't work. It's hot garbage. Won't get past the loading screen.

Worked great but now for longest time App does not work keeps saying can't reach server.

Sometimes you have to log in again because it doesn't accept the password the first time

Have not been able to access my info. Needed in order to get meds and info on approaching appts, What are the issues. Please tell is something.

Not very user friendly and it wont let me log in to the app because an update is available but wont let me update it

Does not work. Many people have written about this issue. WHY ARE YOU NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM!!!

App no longer works. Lately the same can be said for some of their staff.

The doctor who consulted me felt rude and dismissive. She just told me to go see a doctor. I asked her for recs for a doc to see without having insurance and she told me to just go to the ER. It was rushed and cold. I feel like I just paid for a doctor to tell me I need to consult a doctor. I feel robbed.

It doesn't work at all. It does not deserve 1 star. Such a shame.
