This app is great and helps make banking much more convenient. My only issues with the app are that there are a lot of times where I log in and am told that the app is not working/under construction/etc. Also, I own an iPhone and each time I attempt to update the app, it begins to download but then stops and says that it is not able to download. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone or the app, or a combination of the two. Other than that I've had a positive experience with the app.
Ever since the most recent update I have not been able to see my transactions within the credit card, so now to check what I've spent on my credit card I have to go through the website. Other than that no problems with the app
The app will not open on my new phone (Samsung S22). This is very inconvenient for me please fix it.
This app is annoying. I am getting fed up with this bank, it's been one problem or the other since they claimed they upgraded their services. The apps doesn't open.
UPDATE: Same thing still happens a/o June 2021. [Original Post re deposit problem was March 2020: Checks still be indicated as successfully deposited, but then you'll get at random either a call or an email or a letter telling you it didn't clear. Can't trace multiple deposit especially when for same amount, e.g., workers comp checks.]
In an age where there's a fee to see how much money you don't have, it's comforting that the small credit unions like this help out as much as they do. Another great service from a great place I've gone to my entire life. Don't go changing!!!
Not working after my update
Ever since my Android phone did an update it will not open the app anymore, says there is a bug in it that needs to be fixed on the apps side.
deposit works fine but you got to get the bugs out of the internet connections it says no connection a lot need to fix this problem find another vendor to do the app
Will not open anymore. Appears after the upgrade there have been some issues. Love the people but the app not so much anymore
Pretty good app. Layout could be a little easier navigate but all in all a good app

It's a great app but there is no icon to print the action which I have just transacted.
Pretty good. But the instant account updates/text doesn't work!

Very convenient and quick & easy.
Easy and faster mode of application
App will not open. It immediately closes in a few seconds after loading up due to a bug. I will change my rating when the problem is resolved. Edit: App is working again after 2 months of crashing. Seems to be running smoothly.
