Community Rewards

I love showing pictures with neighbors and seeing theirs. I love survey questions and earning points. 8 wish there was more. It's good app. I wish there was a bit more to do. I love the concept. I think it creates a better community.

I love the concept and general layout. However there are 2 issues: I am currently unable to do any tasks that involve ☆☆☆☆☆ rating - the stars appear initially but disappear once the task page finishes loading so I can only do the write in portion. This means I am unable to submit tasks for points. Very disappointing!! I have also never received the emails with special codes for maintenance, birthday, etc. I have confirmed email is correct. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.

Don't like this app because it doesn't make any sense that it exists. It's just the website packaged into an app. Go use the website, or make a shortcut on your home screen to go to the website in your browser. The website seems to be more reliable.

The app is super slow and glitches/freeze every time you click on something. I had already download the app and when I went into my play story to see if it needed an update it was showing it hadn't ever been downloaded. This app seriously has some issues.

Love the app I use it all the time! But one thing that really needs to be fixed. When trying to view instagram photos there's a bug when I try to scroll it stops then the app freezes. Please fix this.

The rewards are a joke. Muir Lake Apartments in Cedar Park, Tx. does not approve redeemed rewards. It has been a month since I requested my gift card and after numerous attempts to get satisfaction from the leasing office here, I have been forced to resort to a bad review. Sad! This is supposed to be a marketing tool! I'm guessing it's not really working for Muir Lake!

App opens and works fine. Selected an award, 4 days later still waiting for that email confirmation. No where in the app to ask for assistance, 2 right now is generous

I don't understand what this is. There's no "app", no app icon listed among Android app library. It just sends an email link to a website.

Unable to log in. There are 3 ways to sign in for access to the app and none of them are working for me. I gave it one star because zero isn't an option

Easy to navigate but does not show pictures fast enough. I keep having glitches and it says i uploaded a photo but can't see it.

As of 9-25-202 it doesn't upload photos. Just a white screen. Uninstalling AGAIN! Maybe I should just give up on this app. WAY TOO MANY ISSUES!!!

They took away the ability to log in by Facebook, now I can't log in and I lost all my points.

It really does just take you to the website. I could just bookmark it on my Google chrome.

Fun Community Engagement! My only disappointment is that snap chat Friday is still offered for points, but I havent seen a snapchat post by ModernMsg in months!

Error message when trying to open app for over a month now.

once I get it to work it's great, now it's glitching, cant get passed the initial page...

App will not load on my LG Velvet. It worked with previous phones.

This is not a native app as it just pulls the mobile site and displays it in app

The worst waste of my time. Never works properly. You will email for nothing. Takes your points and you never worth it.

There is a staff member that works at One South leasing office that I admire very much she is very helpful thoughtful and very conscientious of people's needs I am not going to disclose her name unless I get permission to but she is a wonderful person and she knows who I am talking about have a great day

It just takes you to the website. What's the point? And the website does not even work half the time I try to log on.
