Upon startup gives message that a security policy has been violated and app will be shut down. Doesnt give option to see what rule has been violated to rectify ! Fix this ASAP ! Very inconvenient !
It's trash I can't even get into my account anymore I have tried to get it fixed but they don't care at all I'm so done with this bank.
It says to rate the app....so I am NOT rating staff/CSCU. This credit union is the best one we've ever used in our 41+ year married career. They are always quick to assist! The app., however, is the VERY WORST one ever! I am CONSTANTLY getting locked out & have spent hours & hours trying to get the new password recognized. I hate to have to use it because it is always so stressful!! From the other ratings, I can see there are lots of others frustrated over the app., too!! Jamie Brinegar
Tries to load but terminates. This has been an issue for some time. Worked for a while but something updated and broke it again. I am about to consider changing banks because I need online banking
Until now, this app has been wonderful. But for the past 2 days, I can't get it to open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. But it keeps saying, there's a bug and it needs to be fixed. I do hope the necessary personnels work on it ASAP.
Ok app except it stopped working a few day ago. Won't even load on android.
I got a new phone now app won't even open. No one can help me figure out what's wrong (samsung galaxy 22ultra)
I have been having the same issues. App won't open. Was saying that there was a bug. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it just clicks on and immediately closes. Have to use online banking. Frustrating.

They fixed the bug and the app is working well now!
Can't open. It opens for like 2 second then closes. Have Uninstaller then reinstall. Nothing. If you have an android phone don't bother :( **Are you ever going to fix this? Its been weeks now and still can't use mobile banking**
My app stopped working. Un installed it and then re installed it same issue. It doesn't even give an option to log in to my account.
The app works pretty good IF you can get it to open.
I just get a white screen , so I'm forced to use the website which I hate.
I only gave 5 stars because one of the features is temporarily disabled and the mobile deposit feature takes way too long to process; I deposited 2 at the same time from the same account, one was approved in about an hour and the other took almost a week.
I cant get my app to open keeps saying and error has occurred and I can't get hold of anyone to help me make it work. I have never had this problem before
Like the instant account view. wish you could sign in with finger print and deposits didn't take 2 days to process.
This is the second time in a matter of a few weeks that I have been locked out. I am unable to sign in because it won't except my password and user ID. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did not help.

Just opened an account and downloaded the app. It literally worked for a day. Keeps telling me that there is no network service yet its the only app I cant open.
