Worked well on my old phone. Got a Pixel 3, and much like the other reports on here, it crashes as soon as the login screen comes up. They just sent me an email bragging about all the new stuff the app can do; turning your debit card on and off, that sort of thing. Maybe some people can, but it still won't stay running long enough to let me log in. Guess they're to busy adding new stuff to actually make it work for everyone...

This app is full of annoyances. I only use it because there's no alternative for my bank (which I'm leaving due to other customer service failures). I usually have to force stop and clear cache just to get this to launch properly. It reminds me every time I open it that I have been logged out due to a session timeout. I don't need a forced interaction reminder of that. Also, it will sometimes pop up over other apps to remind me that it has timed out.

EDIT: Fingerprint works for now after redoing the toggle switch once. Doesn't work correctly for my Pixel 6 Pro. Touch ID never gets setup correctly and mobile deposit for some reason has a wide angle lense when trying to use it. For someone who used to work in QA testing for Android/iOS apps the quality of work for this app is mind boggling for such a prominent banking company such as CTBI.

Use this app almost daily. Have never had any issues till this past week. App is requiring me to put my username and password to login every time instead of being able to just use my fingerprint. It is becoming annoying. Not happy at all. It is my only app that is having this issue. I have checked and the app is up to date and so is my phone so obviously the app is having technical issues. And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It did not fix it.

Terrible login service. Continuously says "unable to varify your device and credentials" then when I go to log in with my password it never works. I have to change it every other day. I also copy and past my password so I don't have to worry about it. Make an easier login system because the pin doesn't work and always resetting my password is annoying.

This app is a peice of s**t. From it not keeping up to date with my balance, to having to continually type my info in (despite having my fingerprint set up, and it saying it needs to be authenticated), to it not accepting my password, despite it being correct. Its entirely trash and needs an overhaul

This app is alright, its nothing special or anything of that nature ot would be alot better if the Android version had the Fingerprint longin like the IOS version does, also would be amazing if the setups for features such as people pay, bill pay, transfer etc... would allow you to 'enroll' straight from the app instead of being promoted to login to your online banking account through a web browser then still not being able to do it.

I love that it's so easy to check check your balance and make transfers. The problem's I ran into keeps sending me back to using user ID and password after about 3 entries. Then frezzes Up and you have to delete app and reinstall. Also on bill pay you can't see what is setup to be paid and when.

Need to fix this app! Keeps asking for my log in info every time and then still says invalid ID when I put in the correct info. Even when I have quick access set up. Have to uninstall and reinstall many times. Has serious bugs for a banking app.

So aggravated with this app. Worked great until a few months ago. Now, its awful. Every single time I log in I have to type in security codes or answer questions, and start all over. I understand every now and then, but every single time is excessive and inconvenient. Please fix this!!!!

App is clunky, outdated and difficult to log into even WITH THE CORRECT CREDENTIALS. No options options for CONVENIENT password retrieval. This app has needed a overhaul for a long time. Just log in on the website, it's still outdated but atleast it works half the time.

Banking app is ok, except if when processing or needs updates, just won't let you login, or at any time, 6:30 am on weekend? 24 hr banking means 24 hr banking. Get message cannot process your request, no explanation. Banking notifications alerts require you to login, but there is no history of them once you do. No way to download data from app, have to go to desktop version. Limits on mobile deposits are too low.

It's always having login problems. Right now when I try to click the app it just takes me to a white screen and doesn't even work. They used to have issues with my username and password and it said it was invalid, but it's the same username and password I've been using for a long time. It seems like it's mainly just a log-in situation. Other features on the app work just fine when I can get into it.

They've finally updated it to work with Pie. Seems stable, no problems so far. Still no option to sign on with fingerprint, so it lags behind other financial apps in that aspect.

Very inconvenient sign on process. A two step verification would be much better. When I get locked out I have to go on my computer, to to the website, call them and then get a temporary ps to change to a new ps. It's a pain.

I was having trouble making a mobile deposit. I wouldn't accept my email. I uninstalled it come to find out it had updates. Deposit went through perfect!

Does everything I need it to do. Initial on boarding was a bit tedious but now it's running smoothly, especially after a few revisions.

useless. can't pay bills, can only see the balance and previous payment activity. no surprise, since this is the same bank that doesn't allow check deposit via ATM. like it's still 19th century

No option to save password or use biometrics. For those of us with secure passwords its way too much of a headache to log in. Pathetic actually. One of the worst apps I've ever used.

Since initial startup, experience has been great. Love all the options and attempting to learn their use.

They don't protect your money very well I was not and never was behind on payment:s and they allowed my mortgage company to withdraw 3 payments in one month, and then charge a senior a $4.00 maintenance fee, then charge you a overdraft fee for savings of$1.35 when they could have gotten the funds with my checking, paying 3 mortgage payments I'm surprised I had anything left, (disabled veteran, disabled senior) PS I got 585 mortgage payments left I hope I have better protection from my next bank

Please fix this app, I can not log into it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and that doesn't work. I can put in the username and password but when I hit continue nothing happens.

This bank has went downhill and down hill quick. No one even bothers to help you anymore and its all about the money. They will charge you every fee in the book to get a dollar. Glad I closed my account.

This app routinely resets the settings and makes me put my credentials in repeatedly. When it works good, it's great.

Update required, but I just deleted and re-inatalled the app. This stupid app never works for me, always requires sign in & finger print doesn't work.
