I did a test from one of my android phones by ringing the alarm to my other android phone. The other phone blocked and started ringing with the camera flash on, just like it's supposed to. Although I realized that both devices needs to have a very good internet connection for this process to respond fast. *For Developer: It would be very handy if this app was available on windows laptop as well, so I can locate, block or wipe my laptop's data through my android phone, in case it gets stolen.
Not user friendly. Crashes often and almost always "doesn't respond" whenever i try to do anything with it. I know I'm most likely doing it wrong, but no way to get help to do it correctly. Much too difficult to understand when something goes wrong
Good for the locating of devices, but finding any useful instructions, or information, or even the setup website, is time consuming and difficult
Login goes on for ages without success. Better when it was embedded in COMODO antivirus.
Cannot get my password reset. Now the application is not usable. Tried resetting multiple times.

anti theft doesnt finds the device on the map, but cant sound alarm, take photo or wipe, whats the point ?

I KNOW MY PASSWORD IS RIGHT AND I ALREADY REMOVE MY DEVICE FROM COMODO ACCOUNT. BUT IM STILL STUCK. YOUR EMAIL AND CHAT SUPPORT DOESNT HELP. IM KNOW USING MY SISTERS PHONE. MYGOD I NEED MY PHONE. I can't remove the anti theft Comodo and It is stuck to my screen so now I'm mad and I can't access my phone

I would give 5* BUT I choose a long password to protect my device, then I activated the alarm just to test it, I entered the right password but it didn't stop the siren and it didn't unlocked the phone, then I had to change the password to a smaller one (10 character) via recover site then it worked. I guess the app doesn't allow the correct password if it's longer than 10 character. I rebooted the phone, and after reboot, I entered the SIM cards PIN, the pattern and the alarm was still on which is awesome news. Everything is great except for that bug and the lack of option to use a different alarm sound, that siren it's just not loud and annoying enough.
