When forgetting your password in this particular app it throws you in one big loop. 1) opens web page which directs me to download either Android or iOS application. 2) takes you to the play store to download app and 3). Right back at square 1....
Constantly receive 'unexpected response' after some idle time and need to kill and relaunch app.
Am I missing something? I get alerts but I can't actually see what the alert is for?
What happened to the other app that had anti-virus and didn't force you to log in?

With March 2018 Comodo One Update can't record ticket info since there's no option to select service type (remote, onsite, etc) and it's required. Please fix soon. Revised June 2018: It's all fixed now. I sent an email and within 2-3 weeks you guys re-wrote it. Keep up the good work!
Need ability to remote into desktop to solve issues on the go. Only having access to the tickets is not enough.
Amazing, the whole concept is refreshing and brilliant. Content control would make it perfect on pc to block websites
Unusable at it is because of a serious bug that prevents the saving of tickets with any time recorded. I'm new to the app and look forward too enjoying it's benefits when it is fixed.

Consider adding a timer and client signature capture to tickets. Great work!
I don't understand the point of this app when you can't register to begin to log in to use it. I have downloaded the app and all it says at the beginning is please log in with your email and password . It is even difficult to put a star rating when you can't even go to enjoy this app right from the start.
