Such a wonderful app. Comprehensive as well as user-friendly! The best part.., is the hyperlinks inside a section where any reference given to other sections or rules. Everything related to the act in one place, that too offline! I'm really loving it! One small request is to enable LANDSCAPE mode for the app. This helps a lot while reading! Thank you!

Fantastic app .. Best part is always up to date even after having so many amendments .! Good work..! One suggestion .. Even after bare act .. just try to represent things in tabular or graphical form.. It will be so easy to access for academic as well as professional purpose

The interface is smooth and user friendly. Updates are promptly made. I would have rated it 5 stars if rules were updated quick too. Some of the rules such as appointment and qualification of directors rules are still not updated. i kindly request you to update the same at the earliest.

Happy with this. The update was a bit annoying. But it got better eventually, have no idea how. But if you personalize the application to chapters first, it crashes. Only if you have personalized it to having access to sections directly, will it work.

I was very impressed by your app and used to suggest to my friends. It's unique selling point being timely updation. But recently I found so many instances where the amendments has not been included, for eg. new section 454A has not been inserted, changes in penalties have not been amended, etc. (so 4 stars only) Kindly ensure timely updation, otherwise you are just another law app among loads available online. Really poor... No updation of amendments whatsoever.

The UI in the app is simply amazing... There are also no pop up ads at the top or bottom of the screen (Not suggesting though 🙃) which may have been annoying... Great work.

After some time, the chapters do not load at all. The app freezes everytime a chapter is loaded. Have to reinstall the app for it to work properly. Might want to look at that

I was compel to give 2 stars, the reason for such dissatisfaction is that night mode is not available in any of your app. Overall, this app is awesome for companies act but the only essential thing missing is night mode to make it more convenient for readers to read it.. Pls add this feature..

This app is fantastic. There is some problem full particulars of rule is not showing. Upper part of rule is missing. This snag was informed earlier and was fixed but same is cropped up again. please fix it

The amendments have not been properly made to the respective sections. Like in section 366, the amendment had been notified by MCA in August 2018, whereas the app still showing that the amendment is yet to be notified by MCA. Rules are not amended at all. Though the app is useful but in lack of improper insertion of amendments, the app is of no use.

App is nice but links (directed to Rules/other pages) given in Sections are not working. Also it should be updated regularly in accordance with amendments.

I purchased trial version of this app and also paid the money which is to be deducted after 3 days of trial. Please note that I have not been updated to trial version. Also there is no contact number given in the contact us column in app except for this Google form.

need to make it better takes a lot of time in loading everytime i search a section then another i have to go back to main menu then type section number if you thought directly number of section it will fail to search oh man need to make this more updated technology please i had these app for years now even when my use is limited please improve it for now i have to download other app for use! it's not working right now!

Nice articles & information. But, sometimes queries asked are not replied. Authors pls find time to answer. Also Authors give the contact numbers only if U can attend phone calls; bcos mobile number of an Author of an Article offering to answer further queries was of no use as nobody received 1 number given on the portal even after trying for 3 days at different times!

I am unable to view 'as may be prescribed ' which comes in a separate dialogue box...It always says ' check your connection ' while my wifi works on super fast mbps...please help

If i type a section which isn't there then after that the app will not show any sections at all even if the typed sections are present I think thats a bug which needs to be corrected Otherwise its a great app

Great experience while using the app. A scroll bar needs to be added in the app for convenience and better user experience.

its a good app but it don't save the notes...and bookmarks whenever i switch to another section or rule...the notes which i had save..or the star mark which i had put...gets disappeared...rest all is good

it was a super app earlier after an update there is an issue ..now m not able to check as may be prescribed provision along with section it shows no connection always please improve asap

Wonderful App for the Chartered Accountant and Chartered Accountant students. It's wonderful facilities is that the not required of network. It's work as a pocket dictionary, we use it when it's required.

I think its a good platform...but then a lot of ads destroys the flow and reading the articles intervened.

This app has every provision of the companies act updated with the latest amendments arranged in chronological order. And all amendments and omissions have been detailed with foot notes. I couldn't ask for more from this application.

Very Nice and Useful application, I came across as far as any Act relating content concern. But try different Acts consolidating in one App, it'll be great. As of now, all I need a FEMA, 1999 Act.... Make it available if you can..

app is good but please arrange all the sections chapterwise Ch-1 to 29 it takes a lot of time to scroll.

Very good app for commerce students, who mainly dealt in company secretary, it has all updated sections, articles and we Can also raise our doubts to senior and experienced officials, this is really very useful app.

Easy way to get updated with all the upcoming of company act, 2013....and also a good way to refer and learn all the sections without investing much time by looking into the book .

its a bare act .. and also has a feature of providing the users with latest updates.. which is good. it does , what it claims to do so all in all good app
