This app basically stole my money!! I tried to cash a government issued check through netspend and it said the check was accepted. Then instructed me to write VOID in bold letters across my check and send them a picture. I did this and then was told it was declined and they closed my account completely!! Thanks for taking away my only source of income!! Sincerely, a disabled single mom!
Worst APP in America, this app is pointless after submitting the check and putting in all my info it states something about not being able to verify my identity so I cant use this service! Just stupid
As soon as i deposited my check, the app told me that since they can't verify my identity, they will not give me me my money. i hate it! don't get this app unless you want to waste your time.
This Ingo app closes people account's in error. And, due to the app issues it be that the cashed of checks do not get deposited into of the people bank account's.
cool stuff..a little steep in the fee but that's convenience..,and if u wait 10 days its free! too easy ..I like!!
I was able to start banking mins after i downloaded. It operated 100% and on holidays.

Took a long time and held up my payments for days.
Expensive but fast
Couldn't even get past registering on the main menu. Attempted to register and got an error saying an account with my ssn/email already existed(an absolute lie, I've never used this app). But I go ahead and do the 'forgot password' option and, *gasp*, it says an account in my name doesn't exist. Useless app.
