App is terrible. Just tried to log in, and suddenly it says my info is incorrect. Try to reset my password, and says it can't. Tried to create a new account instead, and it can't because my account is already using my info. So basically I am locked out and this company does not want my money, because their kiosk does not accept cash either.
Won't load the app. Ive only had it a week and this is the 3rd time I've tried to use it. Everytime I have opened it today it won't load and the previous times it did load but took forever. This app needs fixed
Won't let me log in at all. I can login on the website but not the app. Half their machines don't work and won't read CK cards or credit card. This company doesn't really seem to care either, two weeks after reporting one of their machines not working and they still haven't done anything about it. Wish our company would choose a new vendor.
It don't work . All it said is please wait . And for 3hrs I have tried to buy a sandwich with the same result . Go back to vending machines . Don't use this app they take your money and there's no way to use it with the app.....$$$$$$ gone
Set up an account. And now when I login it gives me an error message. Able to log in on the website but not the app. Very frustrating.
App not working as of Feb 2019 says, "We are having a problem connecting to the server please try again later" Is that happening to anyone else? my internet is perfectly fine but not this app
it doesn't work ... my balance is 20.72 I haven't used my app in over a month yet I try to use it and it says I have inefficient funds! then the machines at my job is always broke.
App is always messing up. Barcode doesnt show up, really slow to load funds etc.
Worked great for about a week then stopped letting me log in via the app. Other than that I've had no problems.
Error, error and more errors. What's the point in having the app if it's not going to work? Trying to add money all day and error after error.
DOESN'T WORK! I just downloaded. I opened it up but nothing is there. just the company logo. Nothing else pops up. I have installed app!
The card won't scan and I can't buy food, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to fix the issue and now the app won't work at all
Asks for alot of demographic info, that's a bit intrusive. In creating an account the app had three separate errors.
Trash app, and trash service. App doesn't have import to link to G Pay, debit card,or anything. You gotta load it. Forget this dumpster fire.
Kiosk can never scan my card on the app, or took forever to scan. I decided to bring my own food from home instead.

The Company Kitchen that steal ur money, I put $20 on this app, after I bought something for $5 dollars at work, the next day trying to buy something else and it said insufficient fund on ur account. It won't even allow me to see my transaction history to prove it.
Seems to be working, BUT can we use a fingerprint instead of having to enter the password every time?
Convenient to load money on app. Only reason for installing is that Accent created a new app for paying/loading card.
none of the options under the logo are visible. I am unable to see balances or load cards or do anything other than see the logo

The deals screen never stops loading so I can't get the discounts. Fix this app!
Does not connect well and finger scan is down 1/2 of the time so can not make a purchase.
My employer just got this installed today. So far so good. Easy to use and operate but some prices are a little high.
I can't use the money I loaded onto my card until after lunch? Convenient! [Update] I still can't use the $10 that I put on my card through this app 8 damn hours later. You guys had the audacity to send a receipt to my email about the funds I gave you, so I'll be keeping this second star until I'm able to use it. [Update] Hot damn, it finally worked! I like the fingerprint thing but the experience has been very frustrating until now. Here's your star back.
