Super glitchy. 9x out of 10 it takes 5 or more seconds to register that you've selected to save a new task within a to-do list. Other times you have to hit cancel instead, close the app, reopen and then edit the task. For an app to be worth it, the user friendliness needs to be top notch, this far it has not been. The features are good - when it works.

I have a small painting business and the app is great, the problem I have is the cost not for me but if I were to add my employees to it. 20 bucks each is a little outrageous to pay per user. It would be awesome if you guys could have a plan for businesses to be able to add employees and not charge the 20 bucks per user. That's the main reason I use the free version now. Come out with plans like a 40 plan and gives you a total of 3 users a 60 for like 6 and so on!!!

I have not been able to log in through the browser for almost a month. Their support team sends and email once a week or so that is in the queue. In the interim, we have useless software that the admin can not get into. I have tried different computers and different locations and the result is the same.

Used to be very reliable, but in the last few months, ive had problems with the app freezing. Cant open again until i force stop.

This app is the best for taking photos and sharing them and organizing them for work related projects! Get this app if you are a company looking to move into the future!!

True game changer. Helps foster better understanding and communication with customers and crews, not to mention an incredible tool for marketing. Would give it 17 ⭐ if I could

I finally get around to using this and I don't have access to any features. I can't even look at pro options anywhere on the app itself.

I cant believe the price. It is way over priced. I did the free account, and decided I kind of liked it. I went to switch to a pro account. I thought it would be 19 a month... Nope they wanted tocharge me $19/user. It was going to be $56! Very over priced.

Awesome! Changed my workflow for the better. All photos stored in cloud, I don't have to transfer them off my phone. Can easily share with collaborators or internal clients. Easily annotate with large fingers!

This is a great and useful app. What would be even better if you could write and send customers quotes.

So far the app works great. I am looking into other options recently. My problem is I need to either sync it with our cloud, we use one drive, or easily download photos to those folders. In order to download images you have to email yourself a link and then that link leads to a zip file. As more pictures are added for each job its hard to keep track of what is in and isn't already in our job folders doing this. It's their way of making you keep your photos only on their server. Shame.

Buggie program and for the most part the serious bugs dont get fixed with each revision. The last revision presented a new pretty face with menu items moved to unfamiliar locations, but the same bugs. For instance, all to often when taking a picture, the is a substantial delay between hitting the shutter button and when the actual picture is taken. The delay can be substantial and if you move the phone too soon you get another blurry picture.

The app keeps crashing or plays up (freezes/blurry screen) and I have to keep closing app down completely and then reopen to mainly experience all that again multiple times in a row, must be an app mainly aimed at Apple devices. It is so frustrating when it only seems to crash when I need to use it. I have even deleted app and then downloaded it again. How is anyone suppose to work confidently with this app and how would anyone know if it is secure enough if this is the case.

Way too many negative reviews regarding the app bring slow, buggy, and crashes. Sadly, with many excellent ideas for apps, execution is lacking. A phenomenal idea. Kudos to the entrepreneur. #1 App needs to be fixed, obviously still has issues. #2 pricing structure is out of whack. I own a small, growing business, & 19/month, per user is too much Please offer a middle tier, in between 'free' and 'pro' which offers the same basic service without the extras like video, integrations and API

**UPDATE** I have used this awesome tool for well over 1 year. Never had an issue and it is invaluable to my company. I left a critical review and this company rose to the challenge and I am happy report they have worked out the bugs, which could have actually been issues with the world wide web itself. To be as fair as possible I have changed my review back to the well deserved 5 stars! Re: Used to be a 5 star until the app started freezing on every project. Wish you would fix this?

My team and myself absolutely love this app. My sales team can take a picture while standing on a roof and I can see it instantly on my desktop sitting in the office. Any questions they have they can take pictures and me and the supervisors can look at it immediately and answer them while they are still at location. We also love the fact that all photos are time-stamped. We also like the fact that the photos taken do not stay on your phone they go immediately to the cloud so it does not take up space on your device. I highly recommend this to every contractor. Good work guys keep up the good job.

Every couple of weeks the app won't Start up so I have to delete and reinstall for it to open again. Other than that, the photo editing option is really good to add extra info. I do think there should be a section for the job where you can just type in notes

Loved this app and subscribed 10 users to do building assrements for commercial clients all over the country. Function was good although report features were lacking the ability to create a professional looking report but it was adequate and we understand its just an app. After the last upgrade it has become almost unusable and producing a professinal looking report is impossible. Looking for a fast replacement to finish our project

This is a cool app with great features. However it is not free! I was bombarded with attempts to monitize their service which is what drives the app. Please be more up front about your pricing and don't bait and switch when we are looking for a solution. It is disruptive to the solution engineering process.

Great app , if you're looking to get organized this is the app to use, I had a problem once with it freezing, I emailed the support within a few days the issue has been fixed. Awesome demonstrations on how to access all of the features it provides.

Strongly recommend for organizational tool.

The idea and the attempt is aiming for the correct target but it's time to start looking for an alternative. A batch of twenty job for photos often takes with it exaggeration 72 hours to upload. Once uploaded the app is perfect, but consistently regularly The contractors project is complete before the job pictures upload. I'm sure server space and band width is the problem but that can be solved. Losing lots customers is difficult to comeback from. Good luck Company Cam .

Holy Heck!!! I never got poached so hard after downloading right after!!! This was annoying, intrusive, and very disruptive to my business day! I'm scared to go forward with the program for the level desperation by their sales rep!! Worse than receiving the calls for my extended vehicle warranty!! I'm going to get rid of this app and never ever look back! Wow! Still getting harassed on emails a week after I snapped at your rep on the phone and wrote this review. The desperation is crazy!

had the app but honestly it doesn't do anything we haven't been doing for years. the Samsung note 9 or any note phone is really a better option in my opinion. 12$ a month is outrageous considering this app doesn't stack up to my note 9s basic functions.

No way to view or share projects outside of the app or export reports. Before and after has a spot for a logo, but no way to add one. Cool concept, but not ready for production. Claims integrations, but no way to connect them.

I think eventually I will give 5 stars, I just haven't used it long enough. So far it seems VERY useful, and has been useful so far. I haven't encountered any issues or difficulties, it's very easy to use and intuitive. I'll edit my review in about a month.

Bait and switch. Joined as it said it was free, once joined it automatically put me in "pro" trial with auto renew. Can find where to shut off pro, mark don't renew, or unsubscribe. Avoid like the plague until there's honesty and transparency.

Used to be great, since the update i can no longer add multiple photos from my gallery, now it only allows me 1 at a time, which is very time consuming. Besides the user interface, the app has been solid

I had a subcontractor swear by this program so i gave it a shot and unfortunetly this app did not fit well with our company (no big deal). However now that i did the trial i cannot open hos pictyres without clearing all my browsing data everytime he sends me a link. This app has me locked in even though i am not personally using it.
